የተበበሩ ብሔራዊ ፔትሮሊየም አክሲዮን ማህበር በአዲስ አበባ አየርተና ነዳጅ ማደያ ውስጥ የሚገኘውን አዲሱን ህንፃ ሁሉንም ወለሎች ለመከራየት ጨረታ ይጋብዛል።
የተበበሩ ብሔራዊ ፔትሮሊየም አክሲዮን ማህበር (YBP) በአዲስ አበባ አየርተና ነዳጅ ማደያ ውስጥ የሚገኘውን አዲሱን የአየርተና B+G+4+T ድብልቅ አገልግሎት ህንፃ ሁሉንም ወለሎች ጨምሮ ጥቅም ላይ የሚውለውን እርከን (terrace) ለመከራየት ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል። የጨረታ ሰነዶችን ከዋና ጽህፈት ቤት የማይመለስ 1,000 ብር በመክፈል መግዛት ይቻላል። ተጫራቾች በሀሳባቸው ውስጥ የመከራያ ዓላማቸውን በግልጽ መግለጽ አለባቸው። የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የቫት ምዝገባ እና የቲን ሰርተፍኬት ቅጂ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። አንድ ኦሪጅናል እና አንድ ቅጂ የፋይናንስ ሀሳብ በተለየ ኤንቨሎፕ በማስገባት በታሸገ ውጫዊ ኤንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C. (YBP) invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the tender for renting all floors, including the usable terrace, of the new Ayertena B+G+4+T mixed-use building, with a total built-up area of 2,581.2 m², located within the Ayertena Fuel Service Station in Addis Ababa. Interested bidders can collect the bid documents from our Head Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000 birr. Bidders are required to clearly state the intended purpose for which they seek to rent the building in their proposals. Bidders must submit a photocopy of a currently renewed and valid business license, VAT registration & TIN certificate. Bidders shall submit one original as well as one copy of their financial proposals in separate envelopes, which should then be placed in a sealed outer envelope.
