VSF ጀርመን የጂንካ ክልላዊ የእንስሳት ህክምና ላቦራቶሪ የስራ ሂደት መመሪያዎችን (SOP) በISO/IEC 17025 እና ISO 35001 መስፈርቶች መሰረት ለማዘጋጀት ብቁ የምክር ተቋማትን ይጋብዛል።
VSF ጀርመን፣ ዓለም አቀፍ መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ድርጅት፣ ለጂንካ ክልላዊ የእንስሳት ህክምና ላቦራቶሪ የስራ ሂደት መመሪያዎችን (SOP) በማዘጋጀት ረገድ የምክር አገልግሎት ለመስጠት ፍላጎት ያላቸውን የምክር ተቋማትን ይጋብዛል። ተግባሩ የሚከናወነው በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልላዊ መንግስት በሚገኘው የፋኦ ፕሮጀክት አካል ነው። ብቁ የሆኑ የምክር ተቋማት በጨረታው እንዲሳተፉ ተጋብዘዋል። የጥራት ቁጥጥርን ለማረጋገጥ ስራውን በንዑስ ተቋራጭ መስጠት በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው። የተሟላ የስራ መለኪያ በስራ ማስፈጸሚያ ሰነድ (ToR) ውስጥ ተቀምጧል። ተጫራቾች ቴክኒካል እና የገንዘብ ሀሳቦችን በአንድ ሰነድ በተናጠል ኤንቨሎፕ (ኦሪጅናል እና ቅጂ) ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። የገንዘብ ድጋፍ በፋኦ ይደረጋል። ጨረታው በክፍት የሀገር ውስጥ ጨረታ ሂደት ይካሄዳል።
VSF Germany, an International Non-Governmental Organization, invites interested consultancy firms to provide consultancy services to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Jinka Regional Veterinary Laboratory. The assignment is part of an FAO project in South Omo, South Ethiopia Regional State. Eligible consultancy firms are invited to participate in the bid. To ensure quality control, sub-contracting this assignment is strictly forbidden. Comprehensive specifications are detailed in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Bidders are expected to submit technical and financial offers as one document but in separate envelopes for original and copy documents. Financing is by FAO. Tendering will be conducted through an open local tender procedure.
