Vital Strategies የኢትዮጵያ ቅርንጫፍ ቢሮን ዓመታዊ ህጋዊ ኦዲት ለማካሄድ በማዕቀፍ ስምምነት መሠረት የኦዲት ድርጅት ለመቅጠር ይፈልጋል። ውሉ ለአንድ (1) ዓመት ሲሆን በአጥጋቢ አፈጻጸም ላይ ተመስርቶ ለሁለት (2) ተጨማሪ ዓመታት ሊራዘም ይችላል። ኦዲተሩ በቅርንጫፍ ቢሮው የሂሳብ መግለጫዎች ላይ ገለልተኛ ሙያዊ አስተያየት መስጠት አለበት።
