Repi 1 Condominium Owners Association intends to select, through competition, legal companies that are engaged in security service provision with sufficient experience in this field, registered and renewed by relevant authorities, having paid current taxes and holding a tax identification number, and able to provide adequately trained staff, for a one-year contract (renewable as necessary). Bidders are required to obtain the tender document from the Association office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300.00 Birr. A bid security must be provided in the form of a bank-confirmed CPO. The Association reserves the right to cancel the tender partially or entirely. The tender document can be purchased within ten (10) working days from the date of publication in the Reporter newspaper, by appearing at the Repi 1 Condominium Association office during working hours.
