ሕብረት ኢንሹራንስ አ.ማ. በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ለሁለገብ አገልግሎት የሚውል ሕንፃ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል። ህጋዊ የሆኑ የሕንፃ ባለቤቶች (ግለሰብ ወይም ድርጅት) መወዳደር ይችላሉ።
ሕብረት ኢንሹራንስ አ.ማ. በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ለሁለገብ አገልግሎት /mixed use/ የሚውል ሕንፃ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል። ማንኛውም ህጋዊ የሆነ የሕንፃ ባለቤት (ግለሰብ ወይም ድርጅት) የጨረታ ሰነዶችን ከጳጉሜ 03 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ቴዎድሮስ አደባባይ በሚገኘው ሕብረት ኢንሹራንስ ሕንፃ ዋና መ/ቤት 1ኛ ፎቅ ላይ ካለው ገንዘብ ቤት በመገኘት መውሰድ ይችላል። የቴክኒካል እና የፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶችን ለየብቻ በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ በማሸግ እስከ መስከረም 21 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ድረስ በ9ኛ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው ሰው ሃብትና ንብረት አስተዳደር ቢሮ ለጨረታው በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይችላሉ። ጨረታው መስከረም 21 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ ከቀኑ 9፡00 ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በኩባንያው ዋና መ/ቤት ሕንፃ 11ኛ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ይከፈታል። ኩባንያው ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Hibret Insurance S.C. intends to purchase a building for mixed-use service in Addis Ababa through competitive bidding. Any legal building owner (individual or organization) can obtain the tender documents starting from Pagume 03, 2018 E.C. from the Cash Office on the 1st floor of the Hibret Insurance head office building located at Teodros Square. Technical and financial documents must be sealed separately in wax-sealed envelopes and submitted into the designated tender box at the Human Resource and Property Administration Office on the 9th floor until Meskerem 21, 2019 E.C. at 8:00 AM. The tender will be closed on Meskerem 21, 2019 E.C. at 8:00 AM and opened on the same day at 9:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the meeting hall on the 11th floor of the company's head office building. The company reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part.
