የኢትዮጵያ ቀይ መስቀል ማህበር (ERCS) የተሽከርካሪ ውጫዊ መከላከያ መለዋወጫዎችን ለማቅረብ ለብቁ እና ብቃት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች የታሸገ ጨረታ ይጋብዛል። የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ቁጥር ERCS/GDS/0057/26 ነው። ተጫራቾች የ2018 ዓ.ም የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ (TIN) ሰርተፊኬት፣ የቫት ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት እና ሌሎች አስፈላጊ ሰነዶችን ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ሰነዶችን ለማግኘት የማይመለስ ክፍያ 500 ብር በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ሂሳብ ቁጥር 1000000950487 በመክፈል ከኢትዮጵያ ቀይ መስቀል ማህበር፣ የሰብአዊ አቅርቦት ሰንሰለት ክፍል፣ የግዥ ክፍል፣ አንደኛ ፎቅ፣ ቢሮ ቁጥር 25፣ ስታዲየም አካባቢ፣ አዲስ አበባ መቀበል ይቻላል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ከጠቅላላ የጨረታ ዋጋ 2% የሆነ የባንክ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (CPO) መሆን አለበት፣ ለ28 ተከታታይ ቀናት የሚቆይ እና በተለየ ኤንቨሎፕ መቅረብ አለበት። የፋይናንስ እና ቴክኒካል ሰነዶች በተለያዩ የታሸጉ ኤንቨሎፖች መቅረብ አለባቸው።
The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of vehicle external body protection accessories. The tender reference number is ERCS/GDS/0057/26. Bidders must submit valid and renewed documents including a business license for the year 2018 E.C., business registration certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate, and other relevant supporting documents. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 deposited into Commercial Bank of Ethiopia account number 1000000950487 in the name of ERCS, and collected from the ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department, Procurement Division, First Floor, Office No. 25, Stadium Area, Addis Ababa. A bid security in the form of a CPO amounting to 2% of the total bid price must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and remain valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the bid validity period. Financial offers must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes marked 'Original Financial Offer' and 'Copy of Financial Offer', and the technical offer in a third sealed envelope.
