የአዲስ ባንክ ኤስ.ሲ ለሚከተሉት ጨረታዎች ሁሉንም ፍላጎት ያላቸው እና ብቁ ተጫራቾች እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡- ጨረታ ቁጥር AdB/OT/045/2026። ጨረታው በሶስት ዙር (LOT) የተከፈለ ሲሆን፡- 1ኛ ዙር፡ የቢሮ መሳሪዎች (Teller Counting Machine 64፣ Currency Detecting Machine 32፣ Heavy Duty Note Counting Machine 10፣ Exchange Rate Display Board 33፣ Air Conditioner 4፣ Refrigerator 4፣ Water Dispenser 8፣ Ventilator 4፣ Blower 6፣ Fire Extinguisher 10፣ Hand Metal Detector 30)፤ 2ኛ ዙር፡ የኮምፒውተር እና የህትመት መለዋወጫ እቃዎች (Mother Board Dell 3080 24፣ Mother Board Dell 3000 47፣ Mother Board Dell 3020 8፣ Power Supply Dell 3000 18፣ Kyocera MA 4500 Drum Unit Dk-3220 30፣ Fuser – Fk-1150 76፣ Fuser – Fk-MA4500ix-3210 32፣ MA4500ix Power Supply 10)፤ 3ኛ ዙር፡ የኤሌክትሪክ እና የኔትወርክ እቃዎች (6 outlet Electric Divider 106፣ UPS Battery 7A/12V 64፣ Patch cord 1 Meter 163፣ Patch cord 3 Meter 218)። ተጫራቾች ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር የታደሰ የንግድ ፍቃድ፣ የቫት ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት እና ከፋይናንስ እና ኢኮኖሚ ልማት ሚኒስቴር /ግዥ ኤጀንሲ/ የምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ሰነድ ከሴፕቴምበር 08፣ 2026 ጀምሮ በስራ ሰዓት በማይመለስ ክፍያ ብር 300 በመክፈል በአዲስ ባንክ ኤስ.ሲ ግዥ እና ፋሲሊቲ ዲፓርትመንት፣ ራኑ ህንፃ፣ 6ኛ ፎቅ፣ ከዘቋላ ኮምፕሌክስ አጠገብ፣ ጆሞ ኬንያታ ጎዳና፣ አዲስ አበባ ይገኛል። ጨረታው በሰም የታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በማድረግ አድራሻውን በመግለጽ መረከብ አለበት።

The tender is divided into three lots: Lot 1: Office Equipment (Teller Counting Machine 64, Currency Detecting Machine 32, Heavy Duty Note Counting Machine 10, Exchange Rate Display Board 33, Air Conditioner 4, Refrigerator 4, Water Dispenser 8, Ventilator 4, Blower 6, Fire Extinguisher 10, Hand Metal Detector 30); Lot 2: Computer & Printer Spare Parts (Mother Board Dell 3080 24, Mother Board Dell 3000 47, Mother Board Dell 3020 8, Power Supply Dell 3000 18, Kyocera MA 4500 Drum Unit Dk-3220 30, Fuser – Fk-1150 76, Fuser – Fk-MA4500ix-3210 32, MA4500ix Power Supply 10); Lot 3: Power & Network Items (6 outlet Electric Divider 106, UPS Battery 7A/12V 64, Patch cord 1 Meter 163, Patch cord 3 Meter 218). Bidders shall present renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, and Registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development /Procurement Agency/ along with the proposals. The bid document is available from September 08, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300 (birr three hundred) for each lot during office hours at the following address: Addis Bank S.C. Procurement & Facility Department, Ranu Building, sixth floor, Beside Zequala Complex, Jomo Kenyatta St., Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Bids shall be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope by stating the address.
