ዘ ዌል ኢን አክሽን ለንብ እርባታ የሚሆኑ ቁሳቁሶችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል። ብቁ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ ገዝተው በተወሰነው ቀን ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
ዘ ዌል ኢን አክሽን (The Well In Action) በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የሲቪል ማህበራት ድርጅቶች ባለስልጣን የፈቃድ ቁጥር 3007 የተመዘገበ ሀገር በቀል የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅት ነው። ድርጅቱ ለንብ እርባታ የሚሆኑ ቁሳቁሶችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል። በንብ ማነብ መሣሪያዎች አቅርቦት በቂ ልምድ ያላቸው ሕጋዊ ተጫራቾች የቴክኒክና የፋይናንስ ጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን እንዲያቀርቡ ይጋብዛል። የጨረታው ዋና ዋና ይዘቶች፦ Bee Suit 1077፣ Gloves 1077፣ Veil 1077፣ Smoker 1077፣ Hive Tool 1077፣ Torch Light 1077፣ Bee brushes 1077። ተጫራቾች የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የታክስ ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር፣ የተ.እ.ታ. ምዝገባ ማስረጃ፣ ወቅታዊ የታክስ ክሊራንስ እና የጠቅላላ የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋቸውን 1% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ (CPO) ከጨረታ ሰነዳቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት በቢሯችን ተገኝተው የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ ይችላሉ። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 500 በመክፈል ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ። ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋቸውን በስም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ እስከ መስከረም 5 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8:00 ሰዓት በፊት ለዚሁ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። የጨረታ ሳጥኑ በተጠቀሰው ቀንና ሰዓት (ከቀኑ 8:00 ላይ) ይዘጋል። ጨረታው መስከረም 5 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8:30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በድርጅቱ ቢሮ ይከፈታል። ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ይሁን በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
The Well In Action is a local civil society organization registered with the Authority for Civil Society Organizations of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia under license number 3007. The organization intends to procure beekeeping equipment through an open tender. It invites eligible bidders with sufficient experience in the supply of beekeeping equipment to submit their technical and financial bids. The main items of the tender are: Bee Suit 1077, Gloves 1077, Veil 1077, Smoker 1077, Hive Tool 1077, Torch Light 1077, Bee brushes 1077. Bidders must submit a renewed business license, tax identification number, VAT registration certificate, valid tax clearance, and 1% of their total bid price as a bank-guaranteed payment order (CPO) attached to their bid documents. Bidders or their legal representatives can collect the tender document during working hours at our office. Bidders can purchase the document by paying a non-refundable fee of 500 Birr. Bidders must seal their price offer in an envelope and deposit it into the tender box prepared for this purpose before 8:00 AM on Meskerem 5, 2019 E.C. The tender box will close at the specified date and time (8:00 AM). The tender will be opened at the organization's office at 8:30 AM on Meskerem 5, 2019 E.C. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. The organization reserves the right to cancel the tender partially or entirely if it finds a better option.
