ሲንቄ ባንክ አ.ማ በሻሸመኔ ከተማ የሚገኙ ሁለት መኖሪያ ቤቶችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ያስታውቃል። ጨረታው በተጠቀሱት ቀናት በንብረቱ ቦታ ይካሄዳል።
ሲንቄ ባንክ አ.ማ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 እና 216/1992 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ቀጥሎ የቀረቡትን ንብረቶች በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። 1. አቶ ፍሮምሳ ሀሜሶ ሌንጅሶ - በሻሸመኔ ከተማ ቢሻን ጉራቻ ክ/ከተማ ሐባሲ ወረዳ የሚገኝ መኖሪያ ቤት፣ የካርታ ቁጥር OR002073205003፣ ስፋት 139.61 ሜ²፣ መነሻ ዋጋ 1,753,608.97 ብር፣ ጨረታ 11/1/2019 ይካሄዳል። 2. ወ/ሮ ጌጤ መሳይ ሃ/ማሪያም - በሻሸመኔ ከተማ ቢሻን ጉራቻ ክ/ከተማ ሐባሲ ወረዳ የሚገኝ መኖሪያ ቤት፣ የካርታ ቁጥር OR002073401007፣ ስፋት 140.12 ሜ²፣ መነሻ ዋጋ 2,506,037.82 ብር፣ ጨረታ 12/1/2019 ይካሄዳል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ አንድ አራተኛ (1/4ኛ) በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ.) ብቻ በማስያዝ መጫረት ይችላሉ። አሸናፊው ተጫራች ቀሪ ገንዘብ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ ካልከፈለ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይሆናል። ሐራጁ የሚካሄድበት ቦታ ንብረቶቹ የሚገኙበት ቦታ ይሆናል። በጨረታው ቀን ከ4፡30 እስከ 5፡00 የተጨራቾች ምዝገባ ሲሆን ከ5፡00 በኋላ ምዝገባ አይኖርም። ከ5፡00 – 6፡00 ሐራጁ ይካሄዳል። ለስም ዝውውር እና ከታክስ ጋር የተያያዙ ክፍያዎችን ገዢው ይከፍላል። የንግድ ማህበራትን በመወከል የሚጫረት ሰው የማህበሩን ህጋዊ ሰውነት የሚያረጋግጥ ሰነድ እና ህጋዊ የውክልና ስልጣን ሰነድ ይዞ መቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል። ባንኩ ጨረታውን የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ንብረቱን ለመጎብኘት ከአበዳሪ ቅርንጫፉ ጋር ቀጠሮ መያዝ ይቻላል።
Siinqee Bank S.C., pursuant to the authority granted under Proclamations No. 97/1990 and 216/1992, invites interested bidders to participate in a public auction for the sale of the following properties: 1. Mr. Fromsa Hameso Lenjiso - A residential house located in Shashemene City, Bishan Guracha Sub-city, Habasi Woreda, Map No. OR002073205003, Area 139.61 m², Minimum price 1,753,608.97 Birr. Auction will be held on 11/01/2019. 2. W/ro Gete Mesay H/Mariam - A residential house located in Shashemene City, Bishan Guracha Sub-city, Habasi Woreda, Map No. OR002073401007, Area 140.12 m², Minimum price 2,506,037.82 Birr. Auction will be held on 12/01/2019. Bidders must deposit one-fourth (1/4) of the minimum price in the form of a Bank Payment Order (C.P.O.) to participate. The winning bidder must pay the remaining balance within fifteen (15) days; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited to the bank. The auction will take place at the property locations. On the auction day, bidder registration is from 4:30 to 5:00; no registration after 5:00. The auction will be held from 5:00 to 6:00. The buyer/winner is responsible for transfer fees and tax-related payments. Anyone representing a business organization must present legal entity documents and a legal power of attorney. The bank reserves the right to cancel the auction partially or fully. Property inspection can be arranged by appointment with the lending branch.
