ሲንቄ ባንክ አ.ማ. በዚህ ማስታወቂያ ለሚከተለው የሥራ ዝርዝር ብቁ የሆኑ ተፎካካሪዎችን ይጋብዛል፡ ለተቀናጀ የደህንነት እና ስለላ ማስጠንቀቂያ ስርዓት አቅርቦት፣ ትግበራ፣ ስልጠና እና ጥገና የሚያገለግል የጨረታ ሰነድ (RFP)። የጨረታ ማጣቀሻ ቁጥር SIB/ICB/01/2026/27 ሲሆን የጨረታ ማስያዣ 2,000,000.00 ብር ነው። ጨረታው በባንኩ የግዥ መመሪያ እና ፖሊሲ መሠረት በአለም አቀፍ ተፎካካሪ ጨረታ (ICB) ሂደት የሚካሄድ ሲሆን ለሁሉም ብቁ ተፎካካሪዎች ክፍት ነው። የጨረታ ሰነዱ በእንግሊዝኛ ቋንቋ የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን በካዛንቺስ ኦዳ ታወር 5ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው የግዥ እና አቅርቦት ሥራ አመራር ቢሮ ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ ከጠዋቱ 8:30 እስከ ምሽቱ 5:00 እና ቅዳሜ ከጠዋቱ 8:30 እስከ ቀኑ 12:00 በስተቀር በበዓላት ቀናት ይገኛል። የሰነዱ ዋጋ ተመላሽ የማይደረግ 1,500.00 ብር (አንድ ሺህ አምስት መቶ ብር ብቻ) ከተከፈለ በኋላ ይሰጣል። ጨረታው ከታወቁ ባንኮች የሚሰጥ የጨረታ ማስያዣ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፤ ማስያዣው ከቴክኒካል ጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን በኋላ ቢያንስ ለ90 ቀናት የሚሰራ መሆን አለበት። የጨረታ ሰነዱ አንድ ዋና እና አንድ ቅዳ በአግባቡ ተሞልቶ፣ ተፈርሞ እና ታትሞ በግዥ አመራር ቢሮ ለዚህ ዓላማ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ መጣል አለበት።
Siinqee Bank S.C. invites interested and potential eligible bidders for the following scope: Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply, implementation, training, and maintenance of a comprehensive integrated security and surveillance alarm system. The bid reference number is SIB/ICB/01/2026/27 and the bid security amount is Br 2,000,000.00. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement Manual and Policy, and is open to all eligible bidders. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be obtained from the office of Procurement and Supply Management, located at Kazanchis Odaa Tower 5th floor, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday–Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, except on public or government holidays, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Br 1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr Only) including VAT. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security from recognized banks and must be valid for at least 90 days after the technical bid opening date. The bid, in one original and one copy, properly filled in, signed and stamped, should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement Management office located at Odaa Tower.
