ሲንቄ ባንክ አ.ማ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 እና 216/1992 መሠረት በሸገር ከተማ ጣፎ ክ/ከተማ የሚገኝ የመኖሪያ ቤት ንብረት በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል።
ሲንቄ ባንክ አ.ማ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 እና 216/1992 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት የሚከተለውን ንብረት በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ንብረቱ፡ ለመኖሪያ ቤት አገልግሎት የሚውል፣ በሸገር ከተማ አስተዳደር ጣፎ ክ/ከተማ፣ የካርታ ቁጥር OR00004098611007፣ የቦታ ስፋት 255.40 ካሬ ሜትር፣ የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 3,712,800.82 ብር። ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪል የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ አንድ አራተኛ (1/4ኛ) በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ.) ብቻ በማስያዝ መጫረት ይችላሉ፡፡ አሸናፊው ተጫራች ቀሪ ገንዘብ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ ካልከፈለ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ሆኖ ሐራጁ ይሰረዛል፡፡ ሐራጁ የሚካሄደው ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት ቦታ ሲሆን፣ በጨረታው ቀን ከ4፡30 እስከ 5፡00 የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ሲሆን ከ5፡00 እስከ 6፡00 ሐራጁ ይካሄዳል፡፡ ለስም ዝውውር ክፍያ እና ከታክስ ጋር የተያያዙ ክፍያዎች በገዢው ይከፈላሉ፡፡ የንግድ ማህበራትን በመወከል የሚጫረት ሰው የማህበሩን ህጋዊ ሰነዶች ይዞ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ባንኩ ጨረታውን የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ንብረቱን ለመጎብኘት ከአበዳሪ ቅርንጫፍ ጋር ቀጠሮ መያዝ ይቻላል፡፡
Siinqee Bank S.C., pursuant to Proclamations No. 97/1990 and 216/1992, invites bids for the auction sale of the following property: A residential house located in Sheger City Administration, Tafo Sub-city, Map No. OR00004098611007, area 255.40 sqm, minimum bid price 3,712,800.82 Birr. Bidders or their legal representatives must deposit one-fourth (1/4) of the minimum price via bank payment order (CPO) only. The winning bidder must pay the remaining amount within 15 days; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and the auction canceled. The auction will take place at the property site; registration is from 4:30 to 5:00, and the auction from 5:00 to 6:00 on the bid date. Transfer fees and tax-related payments are borne by the buyer. Anyone bidding on behalf of a business organization must present legal documents. The bank reserves the right to cancel the auction. Property inspection can be arranged by appointment with the lending branch.
