Semen Gebeya General Traders Share Company wants to hire professionals through competitive bid to conduct asset valuation of the market center building it constructed. Eligible organizations and individuals may participate. Requirements for bidders: renewed business license and tax clearance for the current year; VAT registration certificate; competency certificate; bidders must submit the bid document in two envelopes: technical proposal, CVs of professionals who will perform the work, experience letters for similar valuation works previously performed, work methodology, and financial proposal; bidders must attach a bank-certified CPO bid bond of 50,000.00 Birr (Fifty Thousand Birr) with the technical document. Bidders who meet the above requirements can submit their bid in person in a sealed envelope within 10 working days from the date this bid is published in the newspaper until 4:00 PM. The bid will be opened on the closing date at 5:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. The company reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part.
