ሪች ፎር ቼንጅ ለማስተርካርድ ፋውንዴሽን ኢድቴክ ፌሎውሺፕ ኢትዮጵያ ፕሮግራም የኢንቨስትመንት አማካሪ በመፈለግ ላይ ነው። አማካሪው ለ36 ፌሎዎች የሁለት ቀናት የኢንቨስትመንት ዝግጁነት ስልጠና ያዘጋጃል እና ያሰጣል፣ በሶስተኛው ቀን ደግሞ የታለሙ የኢንቨስተር ተሳትፎን ይደግፋል።
ሪች ፎር ቼንጅ በኢትዮጵያ የማስተርካርድ ፋውንዴሽን ኢድቴክ ፌሎውሺፕን በመተግበር ላይ ነው። የሶስት ቀናት የኢድቴክ ኢንቨስትመንት ፎረም 2026 ከጥቅምት 5 እስከ 7 ቀን 2026 ይካሄዳል። ፎረሙ የኢንቨስትመንት ዝግጁነትን፣ የታለመ የኢንቨስተር ተሳትፎን እና የግብይት ማመቻቸትን ያለማቀው ነው። ከቡድን 1-3 የመጡ ፌሎዎችን፣ ኢንቨስተሮችን እና ሌሎች የስነ-ምህዳር ተዋናዮችን ያሰባስባል። ሪች ፎር ቼንጅ ልምድ ያለው የኢንቨስትመንት አማካሪ ፈልጎ ይጠብቃል፤ አማካሪው ለ36 ፌሎዎች የሁለት ቀናት የኢንቨስትመንት ዝግጁነት ስልጠና ያዘጋጃል እና ያሰጣል፣ በሶስተኛው ቀን የታለሙ የኢንቨስተር ተሳትፎን ይደግፋል። ዓላማዎቹ የፋይናንስ፣ የቢዝነስ ሞዴል፣ የመስፋፋት እና የካፒታል ስትራቴጂ ክፍተቶችን ማሟላት፣ ፌሎዎች የኢንቨስተር ምድቦችን እንዲረዱ መርዳት፣ የፒች፣ የፋይናንስ፣ የዕድገት ስትራቴጂ እና የካፒታል እቅድ ዝግጁነትን ማጠናከር እና የገንዘብ አሰባሰብ ስትራቴጂዎችን የመግለጽ ችሎታን መገንባት ናቸው።
Reach for Change is implementing the Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship in Ethiopia. The three-day EdTech Investment Forum 2026 will be convened from 5th to 7th October 2026. The Forum is designed as a conversion platform: investment readiness, targeted investor engagement, and potential deal facilitation. It will bring together Fellows from Cohorts 1–3, investors, and other ecosystem actors. Reach for Change seeks an experienced Investment Consultant to design and deliver a two-day investment-readiness bootcamp for approximately 36 Fellows and support targeted investor engagement on Day 3. The objectives are to address investment-readiness gaps in financials, business models, scalability, and capital strategy; help ventures understand investor categories and identify the right capital for their stage, business model, and financing needs; strengthen pitch, financial, growth-strategy, and capital-planning readiness; build Fellows' ability to articulate bankable growth and funding strategies; and build understanding of capital-raising strategies.
