የAPHEET ፕሮግራም አባላት ለአሰልጣኞች ስልጠና በፎቶግራፊ፣ ቪዲዮግራፊ እና የኮሙኒኬሽን ምርቶች ልማት ላይ ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል እንዲያቀርቡ ጋብዘዋል።
የAPHEET ፕሮግራም አባላት (PHE Ethiopia Consortium፣ DSW፣ MELCA Ethiopia፣ LIVE-ADDIS፣ WISE እና ABCE) ለአሰልጣኞች ስልጠና በፎቶግራፊ፣ ቪዲዮግራፊ እና የኮሙኒኬሽን ምርቶች ልማት ላይ ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል እንዲያቀርቡ ጋብዘዋል። ስልጠናው ከኦገስት 27–31፣ 2026 በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ ለአምስት ቀናት ይካሄዳል። ዓላማው የስድስት አጋር ድርጅቶችን 18 ሰራተኞች በፕሮፌሽናል ፎቶግራፊ፣ ቪዲዮግራፊ፣ ታሪክ አቀራረብ እና የኮሙኒኬሽን ምርቶች ልማት ማብቃት ነው። ብቁ የሆኑ እና በህጋዊ መንገድ የተመዘገቡ ድርጅቶች/አማካሪዎች ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል ማቅረብ ይችላሉ። ብቁነት መስፈርቶች፡ በፎቶግራፊ፣ ቪዲዮግራፊ እና የኮሙኒኬሽን ስልጠና የተረጋገጠ ልምድ፣ ከኤንጂኦዎች፣ ኮንሰርቲየም ወይም በለጋሽ የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ከተደረጉ ፕሮጀክቶች ጋር የተሰራ ፖርትፎሊዮ፣ ህጋዊ ምዝገባ እና ፍቃድ መኖር። የሚሰጡ ውጤቶች፡ የአምስት ቀን ጥልቅ ስልጠና ከተግባራዊ ልምምድ ጋር፣ በስልጠናው ወቅት የተዘጋጁ የኮሙኒኬሽን ናሙናዎች፣ የመጨረሻ የስልጠና ሪፖርት ከክህሎት ስርጭት ምክረ ሃሳቦች ጋር።
The APHEET Program Consortium members (PHE Ethiopia Consortium, DSW, MELCA Ethiopia, LIVE-ADDIS, WISE and ABCE) invite qualified and legally registered firms/consultants to submit technical and financial proposals for a Training of Trainers (TOT) on quality photography, videography, and communication product development. The training will be held for five days from August 27–31, 2026, in Bishoftu City, Ethiopia. The objective is to build the capacity of 18 staff from six consortium partners in professional photography, videography, storytelling, and communication product development. Eligibility requirements include proven experience in photography, videography, and communication training; a demonstrated portfolio with NGOs, consortia, or donor-funded projects; and valid legal registration and licenses. Deliverables include a five-day intensive training with practical exercises, sample communication outputs developed during the training, and a final training report with recommendations for cascading skills.
