የኦሮሚያ ኢንሹራንስ አክሲዮን ማህበር የሚከተሉትን እቃዎች እና አገልግሎቶች ግዥ ለማድረግ ፍላጎት ያላቸው እና ብቁ አቅራቢዎች እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡- የቢሮ እቃዎች (ስቴሽነሪ)፣ የህትመት እና ማስታወቂያ ቁሳቁሶች እና አገልግሎቶች፣ የቢሮ እቃዎች (ፈርኒቸር)፣ የቢሮ መሳሪያዎች፣ ኮምፒውተር እና ተዛማጅ ቁሳቁሶች፣ የማስተዋወቂያ እና ማስታወቂያ ቁሳቁሶች። ፍላጎት ያላቸው አቅራቢዎች የኩባንያ መገለጫቸውን እና የሚከተሉትን ትክክለኛ የድጋፍ ሰነዶች ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡- የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የቫት እና የኢንኮሜ ታክስ መለያ ቁጥር ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት፣ አግባብነት ያላቸው የአቅራቢ ምዝገባ/ብቃት ሰነዶች፣ የምርት/አገልግሎት ዝርዝር እና ካታሎግ (በሚገኝ ጊዜ)፣ የኩባንያ አድራሻ እና የቅርብ ጊዜ የኦዲት ሪፖርቶች፣ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤዎች። ሰነዶች ከሴፕቴምበር 7, 2026 እስከ ሴፕቴምበር 17, 2026 ባሉት አስር የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ መቅረብ አለባቸው።
Oromia Insurance S.C. invites interested and qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement of the following goods and services: Stationery materials, printing and advertising materials and services, furniture, office equipment, computers and related materials, and promotional materials. Interested suppliers are required to submit their company profile and valid supporting documents, including: renewed business license, VAT and TIN registration certificates, relevant supplier registration/qualification documents, product/service specifications and catalogue where applicable, company contact details, recent audit reports, and recommendation letters. Documents must be submitted within ten working days from September 7, 2026 to September 17, 2026.
