የኦርዳ ኢትዮጵያ ድርጅት የተሽከርካሪ ኢንሹራንስ ሽፋን አገልግሎት ለመግዛት ክፍት ጨረታ አውጥቷል። ብቁ ተጫራቾች ጨረታውን በተወሰነው ጊዜ እንዲያቀርቡ ይጋበዛሉ።
የኦርዳ ኢትዮጵያ ድርጅት የተሽከርካሪ ኢንሹራንስ ሽፋን አገልግሎት ለመግዛት አቅዶ ክፍት ጨረታ ጋብዟል። ጨረታ ቁጥር፡ ORDA/NCB/PS/03/2026። ብቁ ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን ማስረጃዎች ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡ ትክክለኛ እና የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት፣ የንግድ ድርጅት ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት እና ሌሎች አስፈላጊ ቴክኒካዊ ሰነዶች። ሙሉ የጨረታ ሰነዶችን ለማግኘት የማይመለስ ክፍያ 300 ብር በጥሬ ገንዘብ መክፈል ይኖርበታል። ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛሎች በተለየ ኤንቨሎፖች መቅረብ አለባቸው። ጨረታው በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ከቀኑ 2፡00 ሰዓት በፊት መድረስ አለበት። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጠቅላላ የጨረታ ዋጋ 2% በሲፒኦ ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና መሆን አለበት። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው ከጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን ጀምሮ ቢያንስ ለ30 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት የሚቆይ መሆን አለበት። ጨረታው በ10ኛው ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን ከቀኑ 2፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ይዘጋል እና በ2፡30 ሰዓት ይከፈታል።
ORDA Ethiopia has planned to purchase vehicle insurance coverage service and invites open bids. Bid No: ORDA/NCB/PS/03/2026. Eligible bidders must submit appropriate documentary evidence including: valid and renewed business license indicating the stream of business, VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority, business organization registration certificate, and other necessary technical documents for vehicle insurance premium service. Interested eligible bidders may purchase the complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 in cash. Technical and financial proposals must be presented in separate envelopes. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope within 10 consecutive working days before 2:00 pm. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee only. The guarantee shall have validity of at least 30 consecutive working days from the bid opening date. Bids will be closed at 2:00 pm and opened at 2:30 pm on the 10th consecutive working day.
