የኦርዳ ኢትዮጵያ ድርጅት ለMCF MaYEA ፕሮጀክቶች የንብ ቀፎ ቁሳቁሶች፣ የቁጠባ ሳጥን፣ የጽህፈት መሳሪያዎች እና ሌሎች ቁሳቁሶች ለመግዛት ጨረታ ይጋብዛል። ብቁ ተጫራቾች በተወሰነው ጊዜ ውስጥ ሰነዶቻቸውን ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
የኦርዳ ኢትዮጵያ ድርጅት ለMCF MaYEA ፕሮጀክቶች የንብ ቀፎ ቁሳቁሶች፣ የቁጠባ ሳጥን፣ የጽህፈት መሳሪያዎች እና ሌሎች ቁሳቁሶች ግዥ ለማድረግ ክፍት ጨረታ ይጋብዛል። ተጫራቾች ትክክለኛ እና የታደሰ የንግድ ፍቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) እና ሌሎች አስፈላጊ ሰነዶችን ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ሰነዶች በባህር ዳር ከተማ በሚገኘው የኦርዳ ኢትዮጵያ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት፣ ብሎክ ቁጥር 1፣ ክፍል ቁጥር 106 ላይ የማይመለስ የ300 ብር ክፍያ በመክፈል መግዛት ይቻላል። ጨረታዎች በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ 2:00 ሰዓት በፊት መቅረብ አለባቸው። ሁሉም ጨረታዎች ከጠቅላላ የጨረታ ዋጋ 2% የሆነ የጨረታ መያዣ በሲፒኦ ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና መሆን አለበት። ጨረታዎች በተጫራቾች ፊት ይከፈታሉ።
ORDA Ethiopia invites open bid for the procurement of beehives materials, saving box, stationery and other materials for MCF MaYEA projects. Bidders must submit valid and renewed business license indicating the stream of business, VAT registration certificate, TIN and other required certificates and documents. Bidding documents can be obtained from ORDA Ethiopia head office, Block No. 1, Room No. 106, Bahir Dar City upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 Birr in cash. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope within 10 consecutive working days before 2:00 pm. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
