የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ (ቁጥር 159/2018)። ናይል ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያ አ.ማ ጉዳት/አደጋ ደርሶባቸው ለደንበኞቹ ተገቢውን ካሣ ከፍሎ በውክልና የተረከባቸውን ልዩ ልዩ ተሽከርካሪዎች፣ የተለያዩ የተሽከርካሪ አካሎችን እንዲሁም ኩባንያው ሲገለገልባቸው የነበሩ ተሸከርካሪዎችን እና የቢሮ እቃዎችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። የተሽከርካሪ የስም ማዛወሪያ፣ የጉምሩክ ቀረጥ፣ ግብርና ሌሎች ዕዳዎችና ወጪዎች ቢኖሩ በአሸናፊው የሚሸፈኑ ይሆናል። የተሽከርካሪ የስም ዝውውር በገዢ ምክንያት ከስድስት ወር በላይ ቢቆይ በዚህ ምክንያት ለሚመጣ ችግር ኩባንያችን ኃላፊነት አይወስድም። አሸናፊ ተጫራች የግብር መክፈያ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN No.) ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል። ንብረቶቹ የሚገኙበት የኩባንያው ሪከቨሪ አድራሻ፡ ገላን ሪከቨሪ፣ ገላን ኖክ ፊት ለፊት። ማንኛውም ተጫራች ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ንብረቶቹ በሚገኙበት አድራሻ በሥራ ሰዓት ሄዶ በማየት የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድና የጨረታ ማቅረቢያ ቅጽ የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር) ከፍሎ መውሰድ ይችላል። የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 15% ቫት ያላካተተ መሆኑን እየገለጽን፤ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የሚጫረትበትን የእያንዳንዱን ምድብ እቃ ዋጋ (ቫት ሳይጨምር) በጨረታ ማቅረቢያ ቅፅ ላይ በመሙላት ለእያንዳንዱ ምድብ እቃ የጨረታ ዋስትና ማስከበሪያ የመነሻ ዋጋውን 20% (ሃያ ከመቶ) በኩባንያው ስም በተዘጋጀ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም የኢንሹራንስ ቦንድ ጋር በኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ እስከ መስከረም 11 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 11 ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ የኩባንያው ዋና መ/ቤት በሚገኝበት ብሔራዊ ቲያትር ከንብ ባንክ ቀጥሎ ባለው ህንፃ ምድር ቤት ለዚሁ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይችላል። ማሳሰቢያ፡ አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ላይ 15% ቫት የሚጨመር መሆኑን እንገልፃለን። ጨረታው መስከረም 12 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም. ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ብሔራዊ ቲያትር ከንብ ባንክ ቀጥሎ ባለው ህንፃ በኩባንያው ዋና መ/ቤት የስብሰባ አዳራሽ 21ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 4 እና 5 ከጠዋቱ በ3፡00 ሰዓት ይከፈታል። ለጨረታ ዋስትና ማስከበሪያ የተያዘው ገንዘብ ለተሸናፊዎች ሙሉ በሙሉ የሚመለስ ሲሆን ለአሸናፊዎች ግን ከሚገዙበት ዋጋ ጋር ይታሰባል።
Tender Notice (No. 159/2018). Nile Insurance Company S.C wishes to sell by competitive auction various vehicles it has taken over by proxy after paying due compensation to its customers for damage/loss, various vehicle parts, as well as vehicles and office items formerly used by the company. Any vehicle name transfer, customs duty, taxes and other debts and expenses, if any, shall be covered by the winner. If the vehicle name transfer is delayed for more than six months due to the buyer, our company will not assume responsibility for any problem arising from this. The winning bidder must provide a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN No.). The address where the company's recovery properties are located: Gelan Recovery, in front of Gelan Noc. Any bidder, starting from the date this notice is published in the newspaper, may go to the address where the properties are located during working hours, inspect them, and obtain the prepared tender document and bid submission form by paying a non-refundable 100.00 Birr (one hundred Birr). We state that the starting tender price does not include 15% VAT; any bidder shall fill in the price of each category of items bid for (excluding VAT) on the bid submission form and, for each category of items, submit a bid security of 20% (twenty percent) of the starting price in the form of a bank-certified CPO or insurance bond prepared in the company's name, sealed in an envelope, and deposit it only until September 11, 2018 E.C. at 11:00 AM in the box prepared for this purpose at the ground floor of the building next to the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, National Theater, where the company's head office is located. Note: We state that 15% VAT will be added to the prices submitted by winning bidders. The tender will be opened on September 12, 2019 E.C. at 3:00 AM in the morning in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the company's head office meeting hall, 21st floor, office numbers 4 and 5, in the building next to the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, National Theater. The money held as bid security will be fully refunded to unsuccessful bidders, but for winners it will be considered against the purchase price.
