የኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች ማህበራት መረብ (NEWA) ከ2026 ጀምሮ ለሦስት ተከታታይ ዓመታት የሂሳብ ኦዲት ለማካሄድ ብቁ የኦዲት ድርጅት እየፈለገ ነው። ተጫራቾች የብቃት መስፈርቶችን እና የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዶችን ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች ማህበራት መረብ (NEWA) ከ2003 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የተቋቋመ ከፓርቲ ያልተጠጋ፣ መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ የመረብ ድርጅት ሲሆን፣ 55 አባል ድርጅቶች እና ማህበራት ይገኙበታል። NEWA በየዓመቱ ሂሳቡን ይዘጋል እና በሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ባለስልጣን መስፈርት መሰረት የውጭ ኦዲተሮችን ይቀጥራል፣ ለአንድ ድርጅት ቢበዛ ሦስት ዓመታት። የ2023–2025 ኦዲቶች በተሳካ ሁኔታ ተጠናቀዋል። NEWA አሁን ከ2026 ጀምሮ ለሦስት ተከታታይ ዓመታት የሂሳብ ኦዲት ለማካሄድ ብቁ የኦዲት ድርጅት ይፈልጋል። ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡ የ2019 ዓ.ም (2026 ዓ.ም) የታደሰ የንግድ/ቢዝነስ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የሙያ ብቃት ፈቃድ፣ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ በሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ባለስልጣን (ACSO) ምዝገባ፣ የመንግስት ታክስ ክፍያ ማስረጃ፣ የታክስ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN)፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ ኦዲቱን ለማጠናቀቅ የሚያስፈልገው ጊዜ፣ የቀረበው የኦዲት ክፍያ፣ የድርጅት መገለጫ፣ እና የተለያዩ ድርጅቶችን ሂሳብ ከኢንተርናሽናል ፐብሊክ ሴክተር አካውንቲንግ ስታንዳርድስ (IPSAS) ጋር በማክበር የመዝጋት ልምድ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።

The Network of Ethiopian Women's Associations (NEWA) is a non-partisan, non-governmental network organization established in 2003, with 55 member local organizations and associations. NEWA closes its accounts annually and engages external auditors as per Civil Society Authority requirements, with a maximum of three years per firm. The audits for 2023–2025 have been successfully completed. NEWA now seeks a competent audit firm to conduct its accounts audit for three consecutive years starting from 2026. Bidders are requested to submit the following requirements: Renewed trade/business certificate for the year 2019 E.C. (2026 G.C.), Professional competency license, Renewed trade license, Registration with the Authority of Civil Society Organizations (ACSO), Evidence of settlement of government taxes for the year, Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT registration certificate, Time required for completion of the audit, Proposed audit fee, Organization profile, and Evidence of experience in closing accounts of different organizations in compliance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
