ኒዮ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ተቋም ማህበር (NMFI) በ2022 ዓ.ም የተቋቋመ እና በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ፈቃድ ያገኘ ተቋም ነው። ዋና መሥሪያ ቤቱን በአዲስ አበባ እና ቅርንጫፎችን በደብረ ብርሃን ይዞ ይሰራል። በአካውንቲንግ እና ኦዲቲንግ ቦርድ (AABE) የተመዘገቡ ብቁ የኦዲት ድርጅቶች ለውጭ ኦዲት አገልግሎት ፕሮፖዛል እንዲያቀርቡ ይጋብዛል። ፍላጎት ያላቸው ድርጅቶች በሕዝብ ኦዲተር መስፈርት የተደነገጉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት አለባቸው።
