Items: uniform tuta (6000 tetron) quantity 190; uniform trousers and jacket (6000 tetron) quantity 302; men's long safety shoes pairs 341; guard full uniform (trousers and coat) quantity 24; guard gurda shoes pairs 12; guard casque shoes pairs 12; office staff trousers and shirt quantity 94; office staff shoes pairs 94. Bidders must have a renewed trade license in the sector, have paid current taxes, and submit non-returnable photocopies proving VAT registration. Bidders must fill in the unit price clearly and submit samples of the garments in a sealed envelope within 10 consecutive working days from the date of publication of this notice in the newspaper, to National Transport office, located at Bambis Mentewab Building, down from the former World Food (WFP) office building, 3rd floor, Addis Ababa, phone /0925-9043-80, Purchasing Department, and to National Transport office at Dire Dawa National Cement S.C. compound, phone 0973061451/09960175715, Purchasing Department. The bid will be closed on Meskerem 14/2019 E.C. at 4:00 AM and opened on Meskerem 15/2019 E.C. at 4:30 AM at the National Transport Plc Purchasing Department in Addis Ababa in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. Bidders must deposit a bid security CPO of 50,000.00 (fifty thousand) Birr valid for 1 month from the date of bid issuance. Bid documents arriving after the bid box is closed will not be accepted. The winning bidder is expected to deliver the shoe-related items within 5 consecutive working days from the date of winning the bid, and the other garments to be sewn within 15 working days.
