መርሲ ኮርፕስ ለሆቴል አገልግሎት (የሰራተኛ ማረፊያ፣ ምሳ፣ መንፈስ አራጊ እና የስብሰባ አዳራሽ) እና ለተሽከርካሪ ጥገና አገልግሎት ብቁ አቅራቢዎችን ይፈልጋል። ፍላጎት ያላቸው አቅራቢዎች የITB ሰነድ ማግኘት እና እስከ መስከረም 30 ቀን 2026 ድረስ ማስገባት ይችላሉ።
መርሲ ኮርፕስ ሃይማኖታዊ ያልሆነ፣ ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ እና መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊ ድርጅት ነው። ድርጅቱ ለሚከተሉት ምድቦች ብቁ አቅራቢዎችን እና አገልግሎት ሰጪዎችን ይፈልጋል፡ 1. የሆቴል አገልግሎት - የሰራተኛ ማረፊያ (ብሔራዊ እና ዓለም አቀፍ) - ተንደር ቁጥር MSA/ADD/002/2026፤ 2. የሆቴል አገልግሎት - ምሳ፣ መንፈስ አራጊ እና የስብሰባ ቦታ - ተንደር ቁጥር MSA/ADD/005/2026፤ 3. የተሽከርካሪ ጥገና - ለሁለት ዓመታት የዎርክሾፕ አገልግሎት - ተንደር ቁጥር MSA/ADD/004/2026። ፍላጎት ያላቸው አቅራቢዎች የITB (የጨረታ ፍላጎት) ሰነድ ማግኘት እና በመመሪያው መሰረት ማስገባት ይችላሉ። ITB ሰነዱ ከሚከተሉት አድራሻዎች ሊወሰድ ይችላል፡ አዲስ አበባ ቢሮ፡ የካ ክፍለ ከተማ፣ ቀበሌ 08፣ ቤት ቁጥር 377፤ ሃያሁለት፣ ስልክ +251-11-1-110777፣ ፖ.ሳ.ቁ. 14319። ወይም አቅራቢዎች ወደ [email protected] ኢሜይል በመላክ የITB ሰነዱን መጠየቅ ይችላሉ። መግለጫ እና የተንደር ማጣቀሻ ቁጥር ያልያዘ ጥያቄ ላይታደርግ ይችላል። ከመስከረም 25 ቀን 2026 ከሰዓት 5:00 በኋላ በኢሜይል የሚላኩ የITB ቅጾች ጥያቄዎች አይታደሩም። የተሞሉ የITB ቅጾች እስከ ረቡዕ መስከረም 30 ቀን 2026 ከሰዓት 5:00 ድረስ በ [email protected] ለመርሲ ኮርፕስ መላክ አለባቸው፣ በኢሜይል ርዕስ መስመር ላይ የተንደር ማጣቀሻ ቁጥር መጻፍ አለበት። ከዚህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ መዝጊያ ቀን በኋላ፣ የተሞላ፣ የተፈረመ እና የታተመ የፍላጎት ማሳያ ያስገቡ አቅራቢዎች ብቻ የጨረታ ጥቅሉ ይላክላቸዋል። መርሲ ኮርፕስ በአግባቡ ያልተሞሉ የITB ቅጾችን የመመለስ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization. The organization seeks qualified suppliers and service providers for the following categories: 1. Hotel service - Staff accommodation (National and International) - Tender No. MSA/ADD/002/2026; 2. Hotel service - Lunch, Refreshment and Meeting Venue - Tender No. MSA/ADD/005/2026; 3. Vehicle maintenance - Workshop service for two years - Tender No. MSA/ADD/004/2026. Interested suppliers can obtain an ITB (Intent To Bid) document and submit according to the guidelines. The ITB document can be picked up from the following addresses: Addis Ababa office: Yeka Sub-City, Kebele 08, House No. 377; Haya-hulet, Tel. +251-11-1-110777, P. O. Box 14319. Or, bidders can send an email to [email protected] and request the ITB document. Requests sent without a description and Tender reference number may not be considered. Requests for ITB forms sent by email after 25th September 2026 at 5:00 PM will not be considered. Completed ITB Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 05:00 PM through [email protected] with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line. After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the tender package will be sent to only the suppliers who submitted the filled out, signed, and stamped Intent to Bid. Mercy Corps reserves the right to reject ITBs that were not properly filled out.
