ዶክተሮች ያለ ድንበር ሆላንድ (MSF-Holland) የካርማርድሃ ሆስፒታል ቆሻሻ ዞን ግንባታ ለመስራት ብቁ ኮንትራክተሮችን ጨረታ እየጠየቀ ነው። ጨረታው በጅጅጋ ከተማ፣ ሶማሌ ብሔራዊ ክልል ውስጥ ይካሄዳል።
ዶክተሮች ያለ ድንበር ሆላንድ (MSF-Holland) ዓለም አቀፍ መንግሥታዊ ያልሆነ ድርጅት ሲሆን በችግር ላይ ለሚገኙ ሕዝቦች፣ ለተፈጥሮ አደጋ እና ለጦርነት ሰለባዎች የሰብዓዊ ድጋፍ ያደርጋል። ይህ ድጋፍ ያለ አድልዎ፣ ዘር፣ ሃይማኖት፣ ወይም የፖለቲካ አባልነት ሳይለይ ነው። የጤና እንክብካቤ ተግባራትን ለመደገፍ፣ MSF ብቁ ኮንትራክተሮችን ለሚከተለው ጨረታ እየጠየቀ ነው፡- ሎት 1፡ የካርማርድሃ ሆስፒታል ቆሻሻ ዞን ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት፣ ቦታ፡ ጅጅጋ፣ ሶማሌ ብሔራዊ ክልል። MSF-Holland ከጂሲ/ቢሲ-6 እና ከዚያ በላይ ምድብ ያላቸው፣ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ ቲኢን (TIN) እና ቫት (VAT) የምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው ብቁ ተጫራቾችን ይጋብዛል። የጨረታ ሰነዶችን ለመሰብሰብ የታክስ ከፋይ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት (TIN)፣ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ እና ምዝገባ፣ የታደሰ የሙያ ፈቃድ፣ ከግብር ባለስልጣን የተገኘ የግብር ክፍያ ማረጋገጫ እና የታደሰ የተሟላ ማረጋገጫ ቅጂዎችን ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። ሁሉም ጨረታዎች ከሴፕቴምበር 15፣ 2026 ከቀኑ 2፡30 ሰዓት በፊት መድረስ አለባቸው። ዘግይተው የሚመጡ ጨረታዎች በራስ-ሰር ይወገዳሉ። ሁሉም ጨረታዎች ከጨረታው መጠን 2% እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በሲፒኦ (CPO) መልክ ለሜዴሲንስ ሳንስ ፍሮንቲየርስ – ሆላንድ የተሰጠ መሆን አለበት።

This assistance is provided without discrimination, irrespective of race, religion, creed, or political affiliation. To support healthcare activities, MSF is inviting qualified constructors to submit offers for: LOT 1: Construction Project: Karmardha Hospital waste zone construction, Location: Jigjiga, Somali National Regional State. MSF-Holland invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC 6 and above with renewed Business License for Construction, TIN and VAT Certificates for the provision of the above-mentioned Works. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be collected by interested bidders upon submitting copies of Taxpayer Registration Certificate (TIN), Renewed Trade License and Registration, Renewed professional license, valid Tax clearance from Ethiopian Revenues & Customs Authority, and Renewed Certificate of Compliance. All bids should be delivered on or before September 15, 2026, at 02:30 PM. Late arrivals will be disqualified automatically. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% and greater of the bid amount in the form of CPO only addressed to MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERS – HOLLAND. Non-submission of bid security will lead to automatic disqualification.
