ERSHA ብቁ የሆኑ የመረጃ ሰብሳቢዎች/ብሔራዊ ኮንሰልታንቶች የማጣቀሻ ውሎችን እንዲወስዱ እና የታሸገ ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል በ10 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ እንዲያቀርቡ ይጋብዛል።

የተሻሻለ የገጠር ራስን መርዳት ማህበር (ERSHA) እና Kindernothilfe (KNH) “የተቀናጀ የአየር ንብረት-ስማርት ማህበረሰብ መተዳደሪያ ማሻሻያ ፕሮጀክት” በሚል ርዕስ በጉራጌ ዞን፣ ማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል፣ በኤነር ወረዳ ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ የፕሮጀክት ፕሮፖዛል ለማዘጋጀት እያሰቡ ነው። በገንዘብ ለጋሽ ድርጅት መስፈርት መሰረት፣ የታቀደው ጣልቃ ገብነት አግባብነት፣ ተገቢነት እና አዋጭነት ለመመርመር ገለልተኛ የአዋጭነት ጥናት እየተካሄደ ነው። ጥናቱ በጀርመን በሚገኝ ዋና ኮንሰልታንት እና በኢትዮጵያ በሚገኝ ብሔራዊ ኮንሰልታንት በጋራ ይካሄዳል። ዋና ኮንሰልታንቱ ለአጠቃላይ ጥናት ዲዛይን፣ ዘዴ፣ መሳሪያዎች፣ ትንተና እና ሪፖርት የማድረግ ኃላፊነት ሲኖረው፣ ብሔራዊ ኮንሰልታንቱ በመስክ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ መረጃ መሰብሰብን ይቆጣጠራል እና በአካባቢው የተመለመሉ ቆጣሪዎችን ቡድን ያስተዳድራል። ERSHA ብቁ የሆኑ የመረጃ ሰብሳቢዎች/ብሔራዊ ኮንሰልታንቶች የማጣቀሻ ውሎችን እንዲወስዱ እና የታሸገ ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል በ10 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ እንዲያቀርቡ ይጋብዛል።

Enhanced Rural Self Help Association (ERSHA) and Kindernothilfe (KNH) are currently planning to develop a project proposal for a project entitled “Integrated Climate-Smart Community Livelihood Improvement Project”, to be implemented in Ener Woreda, Gurage Zone, Central Ethiopia Region. In accordance with the funding organization requirements, an independent feasibility study is being undertaken to examine the relevance, appropriateness and feasibility of the planned intervention. The feasibility study is conducted jointly by a Germany-based lead consultant, and a national consultant based in Ethiopia. While the lead consultant is responsible for the overall study design, methodology, tools, analysis and reporting, the national consultant oversees the collection of primary data in the field and manages a team of locally recruited enumerators. ERSHA hereby invites qualified data collector/national consultant to collect the Terms of Reference and submit sealed technical and financial proposal within 10 consecutive days of this announcement.
