Our Company currently employs more than 1,000 employees and is seeking a competent consultancy firm with proven experience in organizational development, organizational restructuring, human resource management, job evaluation, and related areas. The selected consultancy firm will be expected to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Company's existing organizational structure and provide professional recommendations and solutions to establish an efficient, effective, and sustainable organizational structure suitable for a large-scale organization. Interested consultancy firms are requested to submit their company profile, relevant experience, technical proposal, and other supporting documents.
