ሁንዴ ኦሮሞ ግራስሩትስ ዴቨሎፕመንት ኢኒሼቲቭ በJersey Overseas Aid የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ለሚተገበረው ፕሮጀክት ላፕቶፖች፣ ፕሪንተሮች እና የቢሮ ዕቃዎችን በግልጽ የዋጋ ጨረታ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል።
ሁንዴ ኦሮሞ ግራስሩትስ ዴቨሎፕመንት ኢኒሼቲቭ በ“Inclusive Dairy Development for Resilience” ፕሮጀክት ስር፣ በCST አስተባባሪነት እና በJersey Overseas Aid (JOA) የገንዘብ ድጋፍ፣ በኦሮሚያ ክልል ሸገር ክ/ከ በተመረጡ አካባቢዎች (በአዲስ አበባ አካባቢ) እና በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ለሚተገበረው ፕሮጀክት የሚያስፈልጉትን ዕቃዎች በግልጽ የዋጋ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል። ሎት 1 – ላፕቶፕና ፕሪንተር፡ Laptop – 18 Pcs፣ Laserjet Printer – 4 Pcs። ሎት 2 – የቢሮ ዕቃዎች፡ Office Table – 16 Pcs፣ Managerial chair – 16 Pcs። ተጫራቾች አንድ ሎት ብቻ ወይም ሁለቱንም ሎቶች መወዳደር ይችላሉ። ዝርዝር የቴክኒክ መስፈርትና ሌሎች የጨረታ ሁኔታዎች በጨረታው ሰነድ ውስጥ ተገልጸዋል። ህጋዊና የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ እና የVAT ምዝገባ ያላቸው ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ብር 300.00 በመክፈል ከድርጅቱ ዋና መ/ቤት መግዛት ይችላሉ። ተጫራቾች ከሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ዋጋ 3% Bid Bond በሁንዴ ኦሮሞ ግራስሩትስ ዴቨሎፕመንት ኢኒሼቲቭ ስም በCPO ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ሰነዶች ከማስታወቂያው ቀን ጀምሮ ለ7 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት በአዲስ አበባ፣ መስቀል ፍላወር አደባባይ አካባቢ፣ ከቪላ ቨርዴ ሆቴል አጠገብ በሚገኘው የሁንዴ ዋና መ/ቤት መግዛት ይችላሉ። የመዝጊያ ጊዜ፦ በ7ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት፤ የመክፈቻ ጊዜ፦ በዚሁ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡20 ሰዓት። ሁንዴ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱን የተጠበቀ ነው። ለበለጠ መረጃ፦ 011 558 3967 / 011 558 2328 / 0913 399 817።
Hundee Oromo Grassroots Development Initiative, under the “Inclusive Dairy Development for Resilience” project, coordinated by CST and funded by Jersey Overseas Aid (JOA), wishes to purchase goods required for the project being implemented in selected areas of Sheger Sub-city, Oromia Region (around Addis Ababa) and in Addis Ababa city through an open price bid. Lot 1 – Laptop and Printer: Laptop – 18 Pcs, Laserjet Printer – 4 Pcs. Lot 2 – Office Furniture: Office Table – 16 Pcs, Managerial chair – 16 Pcs. Bidders may bid for only one lot or both lots. Detailed technical specifications and other bid conditions are described in the bid document. Bidders with a legal and renewed business license and VAT registration can purchase the bid document by paying Birr 300.00 from the organization's head office. Bidders must submit a 3% Bid Bond of their offered bid price in the name of Hundee Oromo Grassroots Development Initiative in the form of CPO or bank guarantee. Bid documents can be purchased starting from the date of the announcement for 7 consecutive working days at Hundee's head office located in Addis Ababa, around Meskel Flower Square, next to Villa Verde Hotel. Closing time: on the 7th working day at 4:00 AM; Opening time: on the same day at 4:20 AM. Hundee reserves the right to cancel the bid partially or entirely.
