ሂጅራ ባንክ አ.ማ. ፍላጎት ያላቸው፣ ብቁ እና ብቃት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች በብሔራዊ ተፎካካሪ ጨረታ (NCB) ላይ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል። የጨረታው ርዕስ ዴስክቶፕ ኮምፒውተር፣ ላፕቶፖች እና የተለያዩ የአይቲ ቁሳቁሶች ግዥ ሲሆን፣ በጨረታ ሰነዱ ውስጥ በተገለጹት ዝርዝር መስፈርቶች፣ ውሎች እና መስፈርቶች መሠረት ነው። በዚህ መሠረት ብቁ አቅራቢዎች ቴክኒካዊና ፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶቻቸውን በጨረታ ሰነዱ መሠረት እንዲያቀርቡ ተጋብዘዋል።
