Hidasie Telecom Share Company intends to procure thermal paper through an open tender. Tender No: RE-LT/HT/HO/08/2026. Bidders can purchase the tender document from Pagume 2, 2018 E.C. until Meskerem 21, 2019 E.C. during working hours from 2:30-6:00 in the morning and 7:30-10:00 in the afternoon, and on Saturdays from 2:30-6:00, by presenting at Hidasie Telecom S.C., Tele Garage compound near Temenja Yazh Commercial Bank, 2nd floor office No. 211, paying a non-refundable fee of 500 Birr, and attaching copies of renewed business license, tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate. Bidders must submit one original and one copy of the bid document in separately sealed wax envelopes, all enclosed in one large sealed envelope. A bid bond of 100,000.00 Birr in the form of CPO only, made payable to Hidasie Telecom S.C., must be submitted. Bid documents must be submitted until Meskerem 21, 2018 E.C. at 4:00 in the morning at office No. 211; the bid will be opened on the same day at 4:30 in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. Hidasie Telecom S.C. reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part.
