Hibret Bank S.C. wishes to lease out the 9th floor of its newly constructed Hibir Building, located in Addis Ababa, Ledeta Sub-city, Woreda 7, Sengatera area, for office use through an open competitive bid. Bid No.: Hib/001/2019. Bidders may purchase the bid document starting from Meskerem 9, 2019 E.C. (two days after the first newspaper publication) until Meskerem 21, 2019 E.C. by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) at nearby Hibret Bank branches to account number IN0403007. The bid document can be obtained from the Procurement and Contract Administration Department, located at the Bank's Head Office Building, 19th floor, Ledeta Sub-city, Woreda 7, Sengatera area. Bidders who wish to visit the floor offered for rent may do so while the bid remains open, i.e., from Meskerem 7, 2019 E.C. to Meskerem 21, 2019 E.C., on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:00 to 10:00 in the morning at the Bank's Head Office. Before submitting the completed bid document, bidders must carefully review the instructions to bidders included in the bid document. Bidders must submit a bid bond (Bid Bond) equal to one-fourth (25%) of one month's rent they would pay if they lease the offered property, in the form of a bank payment order (CPO) when submitting the bid document; the validity date of the bond shall be ninety (90) days. The bank payment order (CPO) for the bid bond must be issued by any bank other than Hibret Bank. Each bid document must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Bidders must fulfill the necessary documents for the bid and submit them to the Procurement and Contract Administration Department, located at the Bank's Head Office Building, 19th floor, Ledeta Sub-city, Woreda 7, Sengatera area.
