Global Bank Ethiopia S.C. invites interested bidders to compete in an open bid for the supply of cleaning and messenger service manpower to its various branch offices. Bid No. 05/2026/27. Bidders must have a work permit issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to link labor and employers and be able to present evidence, a renewed business license showing current government tax payment, VAT certificate, taxpayer identification number certificate, and tax clearance certificate. Bidders may purchase the bid document by paying a non-refundable fee of 200.00 Birr at South Global Bank S.C. Stadium Branch and presenting the receipt at the bank's head office located on Ras Abebe Damtew Road (Stadium behind Ethiopia Hotel), National Business Center Building, 7th floor, Procurement and Facility Administration Department, from the date of announcement, Monday to Friday from 2:00 to 6:00 in the morning and 7:00 to 11:00 in the afternoon, and Saturday from 2:00 to 6:00 in the morning. Bidders must submit a bid bond of 10,000.00 Birr in the form of a bank payment order CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee letter. The bid price shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening. Prices submitted by bidders must include VAT and all costs and government taxes paid. The open bid will close on Meskerem 25, 2019 E.C. at 4:00 in the morning and will be opened on the same day at 4:15 in the morning in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the bank's head office hall. The bank reserves the right to partially or fully cancel the bid if it finds a better alternative.
