ፎረም ኦን ሰስተይነብል ቻይልድ ኢምፓወርመንት የደብተር፣ የእርሳስ እና የእስክርቢቶ ግዥ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ6 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው።

Pen Keniya BIC - ፓኬት 130። ተጫራቾች ሕጋዊ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር እና በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚያስችል ከገቢዎችና ጉምሩክ የተሰጠ ፈቃድ ሊኖራቸው ይገባል። ተወዳዳሪው አከፋይ ከሆነ ከሚመለከተው የመንግሥት አካል ምርቱን እንዲያከፋፍል የተፈቀደበት ፍቃድና የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ሊኖረው ይገባል። ተጫራቾች ከጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ (CPO) አሰርተው ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። ዋጋ ማቅረቢያው በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ተዘጋጅቶ ጉርድ ሾላ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን አጠገብ በሚገኘው እህትማማቾች ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር 506 ዋናው ቢሮ አስተዳደርና ፋይናስ ክፍል ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ መመዝገብ ይኖርበታል። በዋጋ ማቅረቢያው ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ ካለ በተጫራቹ መፈረምና ማህተም ማድረግ አለበት። ተጫራቾች ከዋጋ ማቅረቢያቸው ጋር አንድ የናሙና ደብተር፣ እርሳስ እና እስክርቢቶ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ሰነዱ በሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ6 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ መግባት ይኖርበታል፤ በ6ኛው ቀን ደግሞ እስከ ቀኑ 8:00 ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ይቀበላል። ጨረታው መስከረም 5 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ከሰዓት በኋላ 8:30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። ድርጅቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። አሸናፊ ተጫራች እቃውን በ3 ቀን ውስጥ ጉርድ ሾላ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን አጠገብ በሚገኘው ዋናው ቢሮ በመቅረብ ያስረክባል። ለበለጠ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር 251-116-73-22-50 የጨረታ ኮሚቴውን መጠየቅ ይችላሉ።

Exercise Book square 50 pages/sheet Mark Sinarline plastic cover Square 8MM original Made in Indonesia - Dozen 120; 3. Blue pen Mark Link Offix 1.0 medium ball pen 50 set in packet - Packet 25; 4. Pencil pencil with rubber head - Packet 20; 5. Pen Keniya BIC - Packet 130. Bidders must have a valid renewed business license, taxpayer identification number, and a permit from the Ministry of Revenues and Customs allowing participation in the tender. If the bidder is a distributor, it must have a permit from the relevant government body allowing distribution of the product and a renewed competency certificate. Bidders must submit a bid bond of 10% of the total price in the form of a bank-certified CPO. The price offer must be prepared in a sealed envelope and registered in the box prepared for this purpose at the Administration and Finance Department of the main office, located at Sisters Building, Office No. 506, near Gurd Shola Athletics Federation. If there is an erasure on the price offer, it must be signed and stamped by the bidder. Bidders must submit one sample exercise book, pencil and pen along with their price offer. The tender document must be submitted within 6 consecutive working days from the date the tender is published in the Reporter newspaper; on the 6th day, it will be received only until 8:00 AM. The tender will be opened on Meskerem 5, 2019 E.C. at 8:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. The organization reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part if it finds a better way. The winning bidder shall deliver the goods within 3 days by coming to the main office near Gurd Shola Athletics Federation.
