ሒጅራ ባንክ ለወደፊት ዋና መሥሪያ ቤቱ ፕሮጀክት (3B+G+30 ፎቅ) የአዋጭነት ጥናት ለማካሄድ ብቁ ባለሙያዎችን ጋብዟል። የተመረጠው ባለሙያ ከባንኩ የፕሮጀክት አስተዳደር ቡድን ጋር በቅርበት ይሠራል።
ሒጅራ ባንክ ለወደፊት ዋና መሥሪያ ቤቱ ፕሮጀክት (3B+G+30 ፎቅ) በአዲስ አበባ የአዋጭነት ጥናት ለማካሄድ ብቁ ባለሙያዎችን የፍላጎት መግለጫ (EOI) እንዲያቀርቡ ጋብዟል። የተመረጠው ባለሙያ ከባንኩ የፕሮጀክት አስተዳደር ቡድን ጋር በቅርበት ይሠራል። ዝቅተኛ መመዘኛዎች፡- ትምህርት፡ በኢኮኖሚክስ፣ ኢንጂነሪንግ፣ ቢዝነስ ወይም ተዛማጅ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ወይም ማስተርስ ወይም ከፍተኛ ዲግሪ። ልምድ፡ ለባችለር፣ ማስተርስ ወይም ከፍተኛ ዲግሪ በቅደም ተከተል ቢያንስ 12፣ 10 ወይም 8 ዓመት የድህረ ምረቃ ልምድ በፕሮጀክት ልማት፣ ምርምር ወይም ኮንስትራክሽን አስተዳደር። ልዩ ልምድ፡ ቢያንስ ከ3 እስከ 5 ዓመት በአዋጭነት ጥናት ወይም የንግድ ግምገማ ዲዛይን እና አስተዳደር ላይ ቀጥተኛ ተሳትፎ። ሪከርድ፡ ቢያንስ 3 ተመሳሳይ የደንበኛ ተቀባይነት ያገኙ የአዋጭነት ጥናት ወይም ምርምር ማጠናቀቅ።
Hijra Bank invites qualified experts to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the feasibility study for its Future Headquarters Project (3B+G+30 Floors) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The selected expert will work in close coordination with the Bank's Project Management Team. Minimum Qualification Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, business or related field OR Master's degree OR Higher degree in these fields. Professional Experience: General Experience: Minimum twelve (12) years OR ten (10) years OR eight (8) years of total postgraduate professional experience for Bachelor, Master's, or Higher degree respectively in project development, research, or managing construction. Specific Experience: Direct involvement of at least 3 to 5 years dedicated explicitly to designing, managing feasibility or commercial assessment. Track Record: Completion of a minimum of 3 similar client-approved feasibility or research studies.
