The Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise, Meskel Square Facility Management, intends to procure fire extinguishers and refill/maintenance services (Fire Extinguishers, Refill/Maintenance Services) through an open tender to ensure safety and prevent recurrent fire hazards. Qualified bidders engaged in the field and meeting the following criteria are invited to participate: renewed legal business license, business registration certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, and tax clearance certificate for the current year. Tender documents can be purchased from the Finance Department of the Enterprise located at Meskel Square starting from the date of this notice during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500. A bid bond of Birr 5,000 in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the name of the Enterprise must be submitted with the technical documents. Technical and financial bids must be sealed in separate envelopes, marked as 'Original' and 'Copy', and submitted together in one outer envelope.
