የኢትዮጵያ የክፍያ መንገዶች ኢንተ�ርፕራይዝ የተሽከርካሪዎች መለዋወጫ እና ተያያዥ ዕቃዎች አቅርቦት ግዥ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል። ተጫራቾች የተወሰኑ ህጋዊ ሰነዶችን ማሟላት አለባቸው።
የኢትዮጵያ የክፍያ መንገዶች ኢንተርፕራይዝ የተሽከርካሪዎች መለዋወጫ እና ተያያዥ ዕቃዎች አቅርቦት ግዥ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል። በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የሚከተሉትን ህጋዊ ሰነዶች ማሟላት ይኖርበታል፦ የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ፣ ቫት ተመዝጋቢ፣ ታክስ ክሊራንስ፣ በግዥ ባለስልጣን የምዝገባ ማስረጃ፣ የታክስ ከፋይነት ምዝገባ ሠርተፍኬት እና በዘርፉ የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ሠርተፍኬት ወረቀት። ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆየው ለ30 ቀናት ነው። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ መጠን 250,000.00 ብር ሲሆን በሲ.ፒ.ኦ ወይም በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና መሆን ይኖርበታል። ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በኢትዮጵያ የክፍያ መንገዶች ኢንተርፕራይዝ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት በፋይናንስ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 01 የማይመለስ 300 ብር በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነድ ሶፍት ኮፒውን በግዥ ክፍል መውሰድ ይችላሉ። የጨረታ ማስረከቢያ የመጨረሻ ቀን እስከ 02/13/2018 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 9፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ነው። ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በዕለቱ ከቀኑ 9፡30 ሰዓት ይሆናል። ኢንተርፕራይዙ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
The Ethiopian Toll Roads Enterprise invites bids for the procurement of vehicle spare parts and related items. Any bidder wishing to participate must fulfill the following legal documents: renewed business license, VAT registration, tax clearance, registration certificate from the Public Procurement Authority, tax payer registration certificate, and supplier registration certificate in the field. The bid remains valid for 30 days. The bid bond amount is 250,000.00 Birr and must be in the form of CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee. Bidders wishing to purchase documents can pay a non-refundable fee of 300 Birr at Finance Office No. 01 at the head office of the Ethiopian Toll Roads Enterprise and obtain the soft copy of the bid document from the procurement department. The deadline for bid submission is until 9:00 AM on 02/13/2018 E.C. The bid opening will be at 9:30 AM on the same day. The Enterprise reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part.
