የኢትዮጵያ የክፍያ መንገዶች ኢንተርፕራይዝ የደረሰኞች ህትመት አገልግሎት ግዥ በሀገር ውስጥ ግልፅ ጨረታ ቁጥር 10/2019 አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል። በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ፣ ቫት ተመዝጋቢ፣ ታክስ ክሊራንስ፣ በግዥ ባለስልጣን የምዝገባ ማስረጃ፣ የታክስ ከፋይነት ምዝገባ ሠርተፍኬት እና በዘርፉ የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ሠርተፍኬት ማሟላት ይኖርበታል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ መጠን 50,000.00 (ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) ሲሆን በሲ.ፒ.ኦ ወይም በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና መሆን ይኖርበታል። ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆየው ለ 30 (ሰላሳ) ቀናት ነው። ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በኢትዮጵያ የክፍያ መንገዶች ኢንተርፕራይዝ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት በፋይናንስ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 01 የማይመለስ 300 (ሶስት መቶ) ብር በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነድ ሶፍት ኮፒውን በግዥ ክፍል መውሰድ ይችላሉ። የጨረታ ማስረከቢያ የመጨረሻ ቀን 15/01/2019 ዓ.ም እስከ ቀኑ 9:00 ሰዓት ሲሆን ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በዕለቱ 15/01/2019 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 9:30 ሰዓት ነው። ኢንተርፕራይዙ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Ethiopian Toll Roads Enterprise invites interested bidders for the procurement of receipt printing service under National Competitive Bid No. 10/2019. Any bidder wishing to participate must fulfill the following legal documents: renewed business license, VAT registration, tax clearance, registration certificate from the Public Procurement Authority, taxpayer registration certificate, and supplier registration certificate in the sector. The bid bond amount is 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Birr) and must be in the form of CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee. The bid shall remain valid for 30 (thirty) days. Bidders wishing to purchase the document may pay a non-refundable 300 (three hundred) Birr at the Finance Department, Office No. 01, at the Ethiopian Toll Roads Enterprise Head Office, and collect the soft copy of the bid document from the Procurement Department. The deadline for bid submission is 15/01/2019 E.C. until 9:00 AM, and the bid will be opened on the same day 15/01/2019 E.C. at 9:30 AM. The Enterprise reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part.
