የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን በህንፃው አካባቢ ከወንጀል ለመከላከል የውጪ የደህንነት ካሜራ መግጠም ለማስቻል በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል።
የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን ከየካ ክ/ከተማ ፖሊስ መምሪያ በተፃፈልን ደብዳቤ መሠረት የፌዴሬሹኑ ህንፃ በሚገኝበት አካባቢ ከወንጀል ለመከላከል ይረዳ ዘንድ የውጪ የደህንነት ካሜራ መግጠም ስለፈለገ በቀረበው Spacification መሠረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል። በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸው፣ የቲን እና ቫት ተመዝጋቢ መሆን አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር የሚያቀርቡትን ዕቃ የጠቅላላ ዋጋውን ቫትን ጨምሮ 2% አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸውን ዋናውንና ኮፒውን በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 10 የሥራ ቀናት በፌዴሬሽኑ ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በአስረኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚያው ዕለት 4፡30 ሰዓት በፌዴሬሽኑ ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 (መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ) ይከፈታል። ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩባቸውን ዕቃዎች ከቫት ጋር ያለውን ዋጋ ማስቀመጥ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን ሰነድ(Spacification) ከቢሮ ቁጥር 2 መውሰድ ይኖርባቸዋል። አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉባቸውን ዕቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ግዥ ፈጻሚው መሥሪያ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
The Ethiopian Athletics Federation, based on a letter from Yeka Sub-city Police Department, wishes to procure the installation of external security cameras through an open tender to help prevent crime in the vicinity of its building, according to the provided specification. Bidders must have a renewed business license and be registered for TIN and VAT. Bidders must submit their bid bond, a bank-guaranteed CPO, together with the bid document, amounting to 2% of the total price including VAT. Bidders must submit their bid documents, original and copy, in a sealed envelope within 10 consecutive working days from the date of the announcement, into the tender box prepared at the Federation's Office No. 5. The tender will be closed in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on the 10th day at 4:00 PM and opened on the same day at 4:30 PM at the Federation's Office No. 5 (Meeting Hall). Bidders are required to state their bid price including VAT. Bidders must obtain the specification document from Office No. 2. The winning bidders are required to deliver the items at their own transport to the procuring entity. The entity reserves the right to cancel the tender in full or in part if it finds a better alternative.
