Our association, which provides common benefit services to the residents of the real estate compound, wishes to competitively select and contract, on an annual basis, qualified security companies for the following tasks: full security of the compound day and night; maintaining cleanliness of common walkways, offices and surroundings, and other utility areas within the compound; and developing and maintaining flower gardens, grass and park areas within the compound. Bidders can obtain the detailed scope of work and bid documents from the association's office upon payment of 150.00 birr (one hundred fifty birr), and may also tour the compound to inspect the nature and extent of the work. Bids must be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the association's office within 5 working days from the date this notice appears in the newspaper. Bidders may bid for all three service areas combined, or for one or two of them separately. The association is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid if a better alternative is found.
