ድርጅቱ ለስራ አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የመብራትና የመብራት እቃዎችን እና የተለያዩ የግንባታ ዕቃዎችን በሁለት ሎቶች በግልፅ ጨረታ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ መግዛት ይችላሉ።
የአዲስ አበባ ቀላል ባቡር ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ድርጅት በግዥ መለያ ቁጥር፦ 003/2019 ለተቋማችን የስራ አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የመብራትና የመብራት እቃዎችን እና የተለያዩ የግንባታ ዕቃዎችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ግዥ መፈፀም ይፈልጋል፡፡ ጨረታው በሁለት ሎቶች የተከፈለ ሲሆን፣ ሎት 1 የመብራትና የመብራት እቃዎች ሲሆን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው 50,000 (ሀምሳ ሺህ ብር) ነው፤ ሎት 2 የተለያዩ የግንባታ ዕቃዎች ሲሆን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው 50,000 (ሀምሳ ሺህ ብር) ነው፡፡ በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ ህጋዊ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ እና የንግድ ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ/የቫት/ ተመዝጋቢ መሆናቸውን ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣ የአቅራቢነት ሰርተፊኬት ያላቸው እና የግብር መክፈያ መለያ ቁጥር/ Tin N o /ያላቸው መሆን አለባቸው። በባንክ የተረጋገጠ በመ/ቤታችን ስም የተዘጋጀ CPO ወይም የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ጋራንቲ በተቀመጠው ሎት መሰረት ማስያዝ አለባቸው፤ CPO ወይም የባንክ ጋራንቲ ያላስያዘ ተጨራች ከጨረታ ውጪ ይሆናል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለመግዛት የሚችሉት በሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ከሚወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 (አስር) ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ብቻ ነው። ተጫራቾች በሚወዳደሩበት በእያንዳንዱ ሎት የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 300 (ሦስት መቶ) በድርጅቱ ስም በተከፈተው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ የሂሳብ ቁጥር 1000493811049 በመክፈል ያስገቡበትን ዲፖዚት ስሊፕ ይዘው በመምጣት ዘውትር በስራ ሰዓት ቃሊቲ ማሰልጠኛ አካባቢ በሚገኘው የአዲስ አበባ ቀላል ባቡር ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ድርጅት መግዛት ይችላሉ። አሸናፊው ድርጅት ጥራቱን የጠበቀ ዕቃ ካላቀረበ በራሱ ወጪ የመለወጥ ግዴታ አለበት፤ መ/ቤቱ ካቀረበው ሰነድ ውጪ በሌላ ሰነድ በአማራጭነት ማቅረብ አይቻልም። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ፡ ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒው ለየብቻ፣ ፋይናንሽያል ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ ለየብቻ፣ ሲፒኦን በሌላ ፖስታ ለብቻው አሽገው የድርጅታቸውን ማህተምና ፊርማ በማድረግ ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች መ/ቤቱ ባዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሰነድ ዋጋ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ ሳይኖርበት በትክክል መሙላት አለባቸው። ከጥቃቅንና አንስተኛ ለሚመጡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በነጻ ለመዉሰድ፡- ሀ. ከደራጃቸው መ/ቤት ሕጋዊ ደብዳቤ ማምጣት ይኖርባቸዋል።
Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service Enterprise invites sealed bids under procurement reference No. 003/2019 for the supply of lighting and lighting accessories and various construction materials for its operational services. The bid is divided into two lots: Lot 1 is lighting and lighting accessories with a bid bond of 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr); Lot 2 is various construction materials with a bid bond of 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr). Bidders wishing to participate must have a valid renewed business license and commercial registration certificate in the sector, have paid current taxes, be able to present VAT registration, have a supplier certificate, and have a taxpayer identification number (TIN). They must deposit a bank-certified CPO or confirmed bank guarantee prepared in the name of the Enterprise based on the lot applied for; a bidder who has not deposited a CPO or bank guarantee for the respective lot will be disqualified. Bidders may purchase the bidding document only within 10 (ten) consecutive working days from the date of publication in the Reporter newspaper. For each lot they compete in, bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of 300 (Three Hundred) Birr in the name of the Enterprise to the opened Commercial Bank of Ethiopia account number 1000493811049, and bring the deposit slip to purchase the document during regular working hours at the Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service Enterprise located in the Kaliti Training area. The winning company must replace any item that does not meet quality at its own expense; no alternative documents other than those submitted by the Enterprise may be provided. Bidders must submit the bidding document with technical original and copy separately, financial original and copy separately, and the CPO in a separate envelope, sealed and stamped and signed by their company, into the bid box prepared for the tender. Bidders must fill in the price in the bidding document prepared by the Enterprise correctly without any erasures. For small and micro enterprises to receive the bidding document free of charge: a. They must bring a legal letter from their respective office.
