የኢትዮጵያ እስልምና ጉዳዮች ጠቅላይ ምክር ቤት ለአንድ ዓመት የሚፈልጋቸውን የሆቴልና መስተንግዶ፣ የተሽከርካሪ ጥገናና ጋራዥ፣ የጉዞ ወኪልና የአየር ትኬት፣ እንዲሁም የህትመት አገልግሎቶችን በአራት ሎቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ ለማስገኘት ብቁ አቅራቢዎችን ይጋብዛል።
የኢትዮጵያ እስልምና ጉዳዮች ጠቅላይ ምክር ቤት ለተቋሙ የዕለት ተዕለትና የዓመታዊ ሥራ አፈጻጸም የሚያስፈልጉትን የሆቴልና መስተንግዶ አገልግሎቶች፣ የተሽከርካሪዎች ጥገናና ተያያዥ የጋራዥ አገልግሎቶች፣ የጉዞ ወኪል አገልግሎትና የአየር ትኬት አቅርቦት፣ እንዲሁም የህትመት አገልግሎትና የህትመት ውጤቶችን ብቃትና ሕጋዊ ፈቃድ ካላቸው አቅራቢዎችና አገልግሎት ሰጪዎች ለአንድ ዓመት በውል ለማግኘት፣ ግዥዎቹን በአራት ሎቶች (Lots) በመከፋፈል በግልጽ ጨረታ እንዲወዳደሩ ይጋብዛል። ሎት 1፡ የሆቴልና መስተንግዶ አገልግሎቶች (የሙሉ ቀንና የግማሽ ቀን የስብሰባ፣ የሥልጠናና የወርክሾፕ አገልግሎት፣ የስብሰባ አዳራሽና ተያያዥ መሣሪያዎች፣ የምግብና የመስተንግዶ አገልግሎት፣ የእንግዳ መኝታ ክፍሎች፣ የበይነ መረብ አገልግሎትና በጨረታ ሰነዱ የተዘረዘሩ ሌሎች ተያያዥ አገልግሎቶች)፤ ሎት 2፡ የተሽከርካሪዎች ጥገናና ተያያዥ የጋራዥ አገልግሎቶች (በነዳጅና በኤሌክትሪክ ለሚንቀሳቀሱ ተሽከርካሪዎች መደበኛና ወቅታዊ ሰርቪስ፣ አስቸኳይ ጥገና፣ የሞተርና የመካኒካል ክፍሎች ጥገና፣ የኤሌክትሪክና የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ሥርዓት ጥገና፣ የታፒሴሪ ሥራና ሌሎች ተያያዥ የጋራዥ አገልግሎቶች)፤ ሎት 3፡ የጉዞ ወኪል አገልግሎትና የአየር ትኬት ግዥ (ለተለያዩ የሀገር ውስጥና የውጭ ሀገር ጉዞዎች የሚያስፈልጉ የአየር ትኬቶች፣ ተያያዥ የጉዞ ወኪልነት አገልግሎቶችና ሌሎች ተመሳሳይ የጉዞ አገልግሎቶች)፤ ሎት 4፡ የህትመት አገልግሎትና የህትመት ውጤቶች ግዥ (የተለያዩ የህትመት ውጤቶች፣ የህትመት አገልግሎቶች፣ ተያያዥ የህትመት ቁሳቁሶችና በጨረታ ሰነዱ የሚዘረዘሩ ሌሎች ተያያዥ አቅርቦቶች)። ተጫራቾች በሕጋዊ ፈቃዳቸው፣ በሙያ ብቃታቸውና በአገልግሎት አቅማቸው መሠረት ለአንድ ሎት፣ ለብዙ ሎቶች ወይም ለሁሉም ሎቶች መወዳደር ይችላሉ።
The Ethiopian Islamic Affairs Supreme Council invites qualified suppliers and service providers with legal licenses, professional competence, and service capacity to compete in an open tender for the procurement of hotel and hospitality services, vehicle maintenance and garage services, travel agency and air ticket services, and printing services and products, divided into four lots, for a one-year contract. Lot 1: Hotel and hospitality services (full-day and half-day meeting, training, and workshop services, meeting halls and related equipment, food and hospitality services, guest rooms, internet service, and other related services listed in the tender document). Lot 2: Vehicle maintenance and related garage services (regular and periodic servicing for fuel and electric vehicles, emergency repairs, motor and mechanical parts repair, electrical and electronic systems repair, upholstery work, and other related garage services). Lot 3: Travel agency service and air ticket procurement (air tickets for various domestic and international travels, related travel agency services, and other similar travel services). Lot 4: Printing service and procurement of printed materials (various printed products, printing services, related printing materials, and other related supplies listed in the tender document). Bidders may compete for one lot, multiple lots, or all lots based on their legal license, professional competence, and service capacity.
