የኢትዮጵያ ኢንሹራንስ ኮርፖሬሽን ከአርክቴክቶች ማህበር ጋር በመተባበር ለምስራቅ ክልል የተቀላቀለ የንግድ ህንፃ ፕሮጀክት የስነ-ህንፃ ዲዛይን ውድድር ለማካሄድ ፍላጎት መግለጫ ጋብዟል።
የኢትዮጵያ ኢንሹራንስ ኮርፖሬሽን (EIC) ከኢትዮጵያ አርክቴክቶች ማህበር (AEA) ጋር በመተባበር ፈቃድ ያላቸው ምድብ 1 አማካሪ አርክቴክቶች (CA) እና አማካሪ አርክቴክቶች እና መሐንዲሶች (CAE) የ AEA አባላት የሆኑ፣ ለEIC ምስራቅ ክልል የተቀላቀለ የንግድ ህንፃ ፕሮጀክት የስነ-ህንፃ ዲዛይን ውድድር ፍላጎት መግለጫ (EOI) እንዲያቀርቡ ጋብዟል። ፕሮጀክቱ በኪርኮስ ክፍለ ከተማ፣ ወረዳ 08፣ አዲስ አበባ (ከሂልተን ሆቴል ጀርባ) ይገኛል። ፕሮጀክቱ 2B+G+10 የተቀላቀለ የንግድ ህንፃ ሲሆን ወደፊት እስከ 2B+G+15 የማስፋፋት አቅም አለው። ውድድሩ የአንድ ደረጃ የፕሮጀክት ውድድር ነው። ፕሮሞተሩ ሁሉንም ክፍያዎች ለመሸፈን በቂ ገንዘብ አረጋግጧል።
Ethiopian Insurance Corporation (EIC), in collaboration with the Association of Ethiopian Architects (AEA), invites licensed Category I Consulting Architects (CA) and Consulting Architects & Engineers (CAE) who are members of AEA to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for an Architectural Design Competition for the EIC Eastern District Mixed Commercial Building Project. The project site is located at Kirkos Subcity, Wereda 08, Addis Ababa (behind Addis Ababa Hilton Hotel). The project is envisaged as a 2B+G+10 mixed commercial building, with provision for future expansion up to 2B+G+15. The competition is a one-stage project competition. The promoter has secured sufficient funds to effect all payments under this project competition.
