የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን በ2018 በጀት ዓመት አገልግሎት ላይ የሚውሉ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎችን በሀገር ውስጥ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል።
የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን በ2018 በጀት ዓመት አገልግሎት ላይ የሚውሉ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎች ግዥ በሀገር ውስጥ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል። በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸው፣ የቲን እና ቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ መሆን አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ብር 50,000.00 ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች ጨረታውን በሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት አንስቶ ለተከታታይ 10 የስራ ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 በመክፈል ጉርድ ሾላ በሚገኘው በፌዴሬሽኑ 2ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በመምጣት የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ። ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸውን ዋናውንና ኮፒውን በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 10 የሥራ ቀናት በፌዴሬሽኑ ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በአስረኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚያው ዕለት 4፡30 ሰዓት በፌዴሬሽኑ ቢሮ ቁጥር5 (መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ) ይከፈታል። ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩባቸውን ዕቃዎች ለእያንዳንዱ ዕቃ ከቫት ጋር ያለውን ዋጋ ማስቀመጥ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉባቸውን እቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ግዥ ፈፃሚው መስሪያ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱት በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ መሆን አለባቸው።
The Ethiopian Athletics Federation intends to procure electronic items for use in the 2018 budget year through an open national competitive bidding process. Bidders must have a renewed trade license and be registered for TIN and VAT. Bidders must submit a bid bond of 50,000.00 Birr in the form of a bank-confirmed CPO along with the bid document. Bidders can purchase the bid document by paying a non-refundable fee of 100.00 Birr within 10 consecutive working days from the date of announcement in the Reporter newspaper, at the Federation's office, 2nd floor, Room No. 6, located in Gurd Shola. Bidders must submit their technical and financial documents in a sealed envelope within 10 consecutive working days from the date of announcement, placing them in the bid box prepared at the Federation's office, Room No. 5. The bid will be closed on the 10th day at 4:00 PM and opened on the same day at 4:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the Federation's office, Room No. 5 (assembly hall). Bidders are required to quote prices for each item including VAT. Winning bidders are required to deliver the items to the procuring entity at their own transport cost. The entity reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part if a better option is found. Bidders must be engaged in the relevant field.
