DMC ኮንስትራክሽን ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማኅበር በአዲስ አበባ አረብሳ-3 እና አያት-3 የመኖሪያ ቤት ማስፋፊያ መንገድ ፕሮጀክት ሥር ለሚገነባው አንድ ድልድይ የጂኦቴክኒካል ምርመራ ሥራዎችን ለማከናወን ብቁ ከሆኑ ተጫራቾች የታሸገ ጨረታ ይጋብዛል።
DMC ኮንስትራክሽን ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማኅበር ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ መንገዶች ባለሥልጣን ጋር የአረብሳ-3 እና አያት-3 የመኖሪያ ቤት ማስፋፊያ መንገድ ፕሮጀክት ግንባታ ውል ገብቷል። ፕሮጀክቱ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ መንገዶች ባለሥልጣን እየተተገበረ ሲሆን፣ DMC ኮንስትራክሽን ዋና ተቋራጭ እና HEC PLC አማካሪ/መሐንዲስ ናቸው። የሥራው ወሰን ለአንድ ድልድይ የጂኦቴክኒካል ምርመራ እና የላብራቶሪ ሙከራን ያካትታል፣ በግምት እያንዳንዳቸው 10 ሜትር ጥልቀት ያላቸው ሁለት ቀዳዳዎችን ጨምሮ፣ እንደ ቦታው ሁኔታ እና በመሐንዲሱ መመሪያ መሠረት። ሁሉም የመስክ ሥራዎች፣ የላብራቶሪ ሙከራዎች እና ተዛማጅ ተግባራት በ15 የቀን መቁጠሪያ ቀናት ውስጥ መጠናቀቅ አለባቸው። ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን ማስረጃዎች ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡ ለ2018 ዓ.ም የታደሰ የሙያ ማረጋገጫ፣ ለ2018 ዓ.ም የታደሰ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ በሕዝብ ጨረታ የመሳተፍ ብቃትን የሚያረጋግጥ ሕጋዊ የግብር ክፍያ ማረጋገጫ፣ ሕጋዊ የቫት ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት እና በሕዝብ ግዥ እና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ እንደ አቅራቢ መመዝገብ።
DMC Construction Plc has entered into a Contract Agreement with Addis Ababa City Roads Authority for the Construction of the Arabsa-3 and Ayat-3 Condominium Extension Road Project. The Project is being implemented by AACRA, with DMC Construction Plc as the Main Contractor and HEC PLC as the Consultant/Engineer. The scope of the work covers geotechnical investigation and laboratory testing for one bridge, including two boreholes of approximately 10m depth each, subject to site conditions and the Engineer’s instructions. All fieldwork, laboratory testing, and related activities shall be completed within the 15-calendar-day contract period. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence: Relevant professional certificate renewed for 2018 E.C., Valid Trading License renewed for 2018 E.C.; Valid Tax Clearance Certificate confirming eligibility to participate in public tenders; Valid VAT Registration Certificate; and Registration as a supplier with the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).
