ግሎባል ባንክ ኢትዮጵያ አ.ማ በዋስትና የያዘውን G+5 ሆቴል በግልጽ ጨረታ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። ጨረታው በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ ቀበሌ 06/09 ይካሄዳል።
ግሎባል ባንክ ኢትዮጵያ አ.ማ (በቀድሞ ስሙ ደቡብ ግሎባል ባንክ አ.ማ) ለሰጠው ብድር በዋስትና የያዘውን ንብረት በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 መሠረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። ንብረቱ G+5 ሆቴል (ለንግድ) ሲሆን የቦታው ስፋት 1088 ካሬ ሜትር ነው። የጨረታው መነሻ ዋጋ 139,505,191.68 ብር ነው። ጨረታው በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ ቀበሌ 06/09 በሚገኝበት ቦታ ይካሄዳል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ አንድ አራተኛ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ) በማስያዝ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ። የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ከጨረታው መዝጊያ ሰዓት ሰላሳ ደቂቃ በፊት ይጠናቀቃል። ጨረታው ከላይ በተገለጸው ቀንና ሰዓት ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት ቦታ ይካሄዳል። በጨረታው ላይ ተጫራቾች፣ አስያዥና ተበዳሪ ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው መገኘት ይችላሉ። የንግድ ማህበራትን ወክሎ ለመጫረት የማህበሩን መመስረቻ ፅሁፍ የያዘና በማህበሩ ስም ንብረት ለመግዛት ስልጣን ያለው መሆን አለበት። የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያሸነፈበትን ዋጋ በ15 ቀን ውስጥ ለባንኩ ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርበታል። ባይከፍል ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ሆኖ ጨረታው ይሰረዛል። ላላሸነፉ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ይመለሳል። በባንኩ የብድር ፖሊሲ እና መመሪያ መስፈርቶች ለሚያሟላ አሸናፊ ባንኩ 70% ከፊል ብድር ያመቻቻል። በንብረት ማስተላለፍ ሂደት የሚከፈል ግብር፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ፣ የሊዝ ክፍያ ወይም ሌላ ክፍያ ገዢው ይከፍላል።
Global Bank Ethiopia S.C (formerly South Global Bank S.C) invites bids for the sale of a property held as collateral for a loan, in accordance with Proclamation No. 97/90. The property is a G+5 hotel (commercial) with an area of 1088 square meters. The minimum bid price is 139,505,191.68 Birr. The auction will take place at the property location in Bishoftu, Kebele 06/09. Bidders must register by providing a bid bond of one-fourth of the minimum price in the form of a bank payment order (CPO) in the name of Global Bank Ethiopia S.C. Registration closes thirty minutes before the auction deadline. The auction will be held at the property site on the specified date and time. Bidders, the mortgagor, and the debtor or their legal representatives may attend. Companies bidding must present their establishment documents and proof of authority to purchase property. The winning bidder must pay the bid price within 15 days; otherwise, the bid bond will be forfeited and the auction canceled. Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid bonds returned. The bank may provide 70% partial financing to the winner if they meet the bank's credit policy and National Bank requirements. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, VAT, lease payments, and other fees related to the property transfer.
