ዲጋፍ ማይክሮ ክሬዲት አቅራቢ አ/ማ/ክ/፣ የ20 ዓመት ልምድ ያለው የኢትዮጵያ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ተቋም፣ ሁሉን አቀፍ፣ ተወዳዳሪ እና ተግባራዊ ሊሆን የሚችል የ5-ዓመት ስትራቴጂክ ቢዝነስ ፕላን በተቋም አቀፍ ዲጂታል ትራንስፎርሜሽን ላይ ያተኮረ ለማዘጋጀት ብቁ የሆኑ ግለሰብ አማካሪዎችን እና አማካሪ ድርጅቶችን ይጋብዛል። ሂደቱ የዘርፉን ማሻሻያዎች፣ ውድድር፣ የፋይናንስ አካታችነት እድሎች እና አዳዲስ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት ትብብርን የሚጠይቅ መሆን አለበት። ዓላማዎቹ፡- ጠንካራ እና ተግባራዊ የሆነ የ5-ዓመት ስትራቴጂክ ቢዝነስ ፕላን እና የዲጂታል ትራንስፎርሜሽን ካርታ ማዘጋጀት፤ የዲጋፍን አቅጣጫ ከኢትዮጵያ የፋይናንስ ዘርፍ ማሻሻያዎች፣ ከዲጂታል ኢትዮጵያ ስትራቴጂ እና ከብሔራዊ ባንክ የቁጥጥር መስፈርቶች ጋር ማስማማት፤ የደንበኛ ጉዞዎችን፣ ምርቶችን፣ ቻናሎችን፣ ሂደቶችን፣ መረጃን፣ ቴክኖሎጂን፣ ሰዎችን እና የአሰራር ሞዴልን የሚሸፍን ተቋም አቀፍ ዲጂታል ትራንስፎርሜሽን መወሰን። የሥራ ወሰን፡- ውስጣዊ እና ውጫዊ ትንታኔዎችን ማካሄድ፣ PESTEL፣ SWOT እና ፒ (P) ጨምሮ።
Digaf Micro Credit Provider S/Co., an Ethiopian microfinance institution with 20 years of experience, invites qualified individual consultants and consulting firms to express interest in developing an inclusive, competitive and actionable five-year strategic business plan centred on institution-wide digital transformation. The process must be collaborative and respond to sector reforms, competition, financial inclusion opportunities and emerging technologies. Objectives: Develop a robust and implementable five-year strategic business plan and digital-transformation roadmap. Align Digaf’s direction with Ethiopia’s financial-sector reforms, the Digital Ethiopia Strategy and NBE regulatory requirements. Define an institution-wide digital transformation covering customer journeys, products, channels, processes, data, technology, people and operating model. Scope of Work: Conduct internal and external analysis, including PESTEL, SWOT and P (as stated).
