ዳሽን ባንክ አክሲዮን ማኅበር በዲላ፣ ጅማ እና ቦንጋ ዳሽን ባንክ ሕንፃዎች ላይ የሚከናወኑ የፓርቲሽን እና የተለያዩ የጥገና ሥራዎችን ለማሰራት ብቁ እና ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጫራቾችን ይጋብዛል። የጨረታ ማጣቀሻ ቁጥሮች፡ DBOT03526/27 (የዲላ ዳሽን ባንክ ሕንፃ የፓርቲሽን ሥራ)፣ DBOT03726/27 (የጅማ ዳሽን ባንክ ሕንፃ የጥገና ሥራ) እና DBOT03826/27 (የቦንጋ ዳሽን ባንክ ሕንፃ የጥገና ሥራ)። ለእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ማጣቀሻ ቁጥር የጨረታ ማስያዣ መጠን 100,000.00 ብር ነው። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከhttps://extratenders.net እና https://dashen.afrotender.com በመግባት ከመስከረም 21, 2026 ጀምሮ ተመላሽ የማይደረግ የ500.00 ብር ክፍያ ከፍለው ማውረድ ይችላሉ። ተጫራቾች የታደሰ የንግድ ምዝገባ፣ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የቲን ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት፣ የቫት ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት እና የመስራች ሰነዶች (እንደ የማኅበር መግለጫ፣ የመተያየት ሰነድ፣ የውስጥ ሥርዓት፣ የስብሰባ ቃለ ጉባኤ ወዘተ) ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ዋስትናቸውን በቅድመ ሁኔታ የማይለወጥ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም የገንዘብ ተቀባይ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (CPO) በመልክ ከጨረታ ማቅረቢያ ቀን ጀምሮ ቢያንስ 120 ቀናት የሚሰራ ሆኖ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ዋስትናው የሚሰራበት ጊዜ 90 ቀናት ነው። ተጫራቾች የቴክኒክ እና የፋይናንስ ማቅረቢያቸውን በተለያዩ ኤንቨሎፖች በሁለት ቅጂዎች (ኦሪጅናል እና ኮፒ ተብለው የተለዩ) ከጨረታ ዋስትና ጋር በማያያዝ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
Dashen Bank S.C. invites eligible and interested bidders to undertake partition and various maintenance works at Dilla, Jimma, and Bonga Dashen Bank buildings. Bid reference numbers: DBOT03526/27 (Procurement of Partition Work of Dilla Dashen Bank Building), DBOT03726/27 (Procurement Maintenance Work of Jimma Dashen Bank Building), and DBOT03826/27 (Procurement Maintenance Work of Bonga Dashen Bank Building). The bid bond amount for each bid reference number is ETB 100,000.00. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com starting from September 21, 2026, by paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00. Bidders shall submit renewed Commercial Registration, Business License, TIN Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Incorporation Documents (i.e., Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Bylaws, Minutes, etc.) along with the bid document. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) valid for at least 120 days upon submission of the proposal/offer. The bid validity shall be 90 days. Bidders must submit their TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy, accompanied by a bid security.
