ዳሸን ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት አንድ የተበዳሪ ቤት ባሉበት ሁኔታ በሀራጅ ይሸጣል። ጨረታው በተወሰነ ቀንና ሰዓት በቤቱ አድራሻ ይካሄዳል።
ዳሸን ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት የሚከተለውን የተበዳሪ ቤት ባሉበት ሁኔታ በሀራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ ተ.ቁ 1፡ የተበዳሪው ስም አልፎዝ ኃ/የተ/የግ/ማህበር፣ አበዳሪው ቅርንጫፍ አሙዲ፣ የአስያዥ ስም አርዋ አህመድ ኡመር፣ ቤቱ የሚገኝበት አድራሻ አዲስ አበባ ለሚ ኩራ ክ/ከተማ ለ/ኩራ 9/29/5/37113/0487/5/01፣ የካርታ ቁጥር 175ካ.ሜ፣ የቦታ ስፋት G+2 የመኖሪያ ቤት፣ የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 29,825,570፣ ጨረታው የሚካሄድበት ቀን ሰዓት ቦታ 28/12/2018 4፡00-6፡00 መኖሪያ ቤቱ በሚገኝበት አድራሻ። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ 25% የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (P.O) በዳሽን ባንክ ስም በማዘጋጀት በጨረታው ዕለት ይዘው በመቅረብ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ። ጨረታው በሰንጠረዡ ላይ በተገለፀው ቀን እና ሰዓት ቤቱ በሚገኝበት አድራሻ ይካሄዳል። ለመንግስት የሚከፈል ግብር፣ ታክስ፣ ውዝፍ የሊዝ ክፍያ፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እና ሌላ ከስም ዝውውር ጋር የሚገናኙ ወጪዎችን ገዢው ይከፍላል። የጨረታው አሸናፊ ደብዳቤ ከተሰጠበት ቀን ጀምሮ ያሸነፈበትን ዋጋ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠናቆ መክፈል ይኖርበታል። ባይከፍል ጨረታው ተሰርዞ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ አይመለስለትም፤ በተጨማሪም ንብረቱ ድጋሚ ለሀራጅ ሲቀርብ ለሚታየው የዋጋ ልዩነት ይጠየቃል። በጨረታው ለተሸነፉ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ ወዲያውኑ ይመለስላቸዋል። በጨረታው ላይ አስያዥና ተበዳሪ ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው መገኘት ይችላሉ፤ ባይገኙ ጨረታው በሌሉበት ይካሄዳል። የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ከሐራጁ መዝጊያ ሰዓት 10 ደቂቃ በፊት ይጠናቀቃል። ጨረታው ተጀምሮ በተቀመጠው ሰዓት ውስጥ ካልተጠናቀቀ ሊራዘም ይችላል። ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ያቀረበው ተጫራች የጨረታው አሸናፊ ነው የሚባለው አሸናፊነቱን የሚገልጽ ደብዳቤ በጽሁፍ ሲደርሰው ነው። ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Dashen Bank, per Proclamation No. 97/90, sells the following borrower's house as-is at auction. Item 1: Borrower name Alfouz Share Company, Branch Amudi, Pledgee Arwa Ahmed Omar, Property location Addis Ababa Lemi Kura sub-city, Lemi Kura 9/29/5/37113/0487/5/01, Map number 175 sq.km, Area G+2 residential house, Starting bid price 29,825,570, Auction date and time 28/12/2018 4:00-6:00 at the property's location. Bidders may register by preparing a bank payment order (P.O) of 25% of the starting price as bid security in the name of Dashen Bank and presenting it on the auction day. The auction will be held at the property's location on the date and time specified in the table. The buyer shall pay government taxes, lease arrears, VAT, and other costs related to title transfer. The winning bidder must pay the full price within 15 days from the date of the award letter; otherwise, the auction is canceled and the deposit is forfeited, and the bidder may be liable for any price difference upon re-auction. Losing bidders' CPOs will be returned immediately. The pledgee and borrower or their legal representatives may attend the auction; if absent, the auction proceeds without them. Bidder registration closes 10 minutes before the auction closing time. The auction may be extended if not completed within the set time. The highest bidder is declared winner only upon receiving written notification. The bank reserves the right to cancel the auction partially or fully if a better option is found.
