CST ኢትዮጵያ ለመቀለ ቢሮው የሚቆለፉ የፋይል ካቢኔቶች፣ የጽሕፈት መሳሪያዎች እና የቢሮ መሳሪያዎችን ለማቅረብና ለማድረስ ብቁ ከሆኑ አቅራቢዎች የታሸጉ ጨረታዎችን ይጋብዛል።
CST ኢትዮጵያ የእንግሊዝ እና ዌልስ (CAFOD)፣ የስኮትላንድ (SCIAF) እና የአየርላንድ (Trócaire) የካቶሊክ ቤተክርስቲያን የውጭ የልማት እና የሰብአዊ አገልግሎት ኤጀንሲዎችን በኢትዮጵያ ይወክላል። ሦስቱ ኤጀንሲዎች በዓለም አቀፍ ልማት እና ሰብአዊ ምላሽ ከ40 ዓመታት በላይ ልምድ ያላቸው ሲሆን እያንዳንዳቸው የCaritas Internationalisን ጨምሮ የዓለም አቀፍ መረቦች አባል ናቸው። በአሁኑ ጊዜ ሦስቱ ኤጀንሲዎች በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በሕጋዊ አካል CST ኢትዮጵያ አማካኝነት አንድ የተቀናጀ የሀገር ፕሮግራም ያካሂዳሉ። CST ኢትዮጵያ በትግራይ የአደጋ ጊዜ ፕሮጀክቶችን በመተግበር ላይ ሲሆን በዚህ መሠረት የሚከተሉትን ለማቅረብና ለማድረስ ብቁ ከሆኑ አቅራቢዎች የታሸጉ ጨረታዎችን ይጋብዛል፡- 1. የሚቆለፉ የፋይል ካቢኔቶች 2. የጽሕፈት መሳሪያዎች እና የቢሮ መሳሪያዎች። የግዥ ዘዴ፡ ጨረታው በCST ኢትዮጵያ የግዥ መመሪያዎች መሠረት በብሔራዊ ተወዳዳሪ ጨረታ (NCB) ሂደት የሚካሄድ ሲሆን በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ለመሥራት በሕግ የተመዘገቡ እና ሥልጣን የተሰጣቸው ሁሉም ብቁ አቅራቢዎች ክፍት ነው። የብቃት መስፈርቶች፡ ተጫራቾች ለያዝነው ዓመት የሚሠራ እና የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ቅጂ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) ሰርተፊኬት ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
CST Ethiopia represents the overseas development and humanitarian agencies of the Catholic Church from England and Wales (CAFOD), Scotland (SCIAF), and Ireland (Trócaire) in Ethiopia. The three agencies have over 40 years of experience in international development and humanitarian response and are each member of worldwide networks, including Caritas Internationalis. Currently, the three agencies jointly operate a single, integrated country program in Ethiopia through the legal entity CST Ethiopia. CST Ethiopia is implementing emergency projects in Tigray and hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of:- 1. Lockable Filing Cabinets 2. Stationery Items & Office Equipment. Procurement Method: The tender shall be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process in accordance with CST Ethiopia Procurement Guidelines and is open to all eligible suppliers legally registered and authorized to operate in Ethiopia. Eligibility Requirements: Tenderers must submit copies of valid and renewed business licenses for the current year, a VAT Registration Certificate, and a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
