CORHA ከጤና ሚኒስቴር እና UNFPA ጋር በመተባበር የኢትዮጵያ የስነ ሕዝብ እና ጤና ጥናት (EDHS) ግኝቶች ላይ ጥልቅ ትንታኔ ለማካሄድ ብቁ ባለሙያዎችን ወይም ኩባንያዎችን ይጋብዛል።
የሥነ ተዋልዶ ጤና ማህበራት ኮንሰርቲየም (CORHA) ከጤና ሚኒስቴር (MoH) እና UNFPA ጋር በመተባበር የኢትዮጵያ የስነ ሕዝብ እና ጤና ጥናት (EDHS) ግኝቶች ላይ ጥልቅ ትንታኔ ለማካሄድ ብቁ፣ ብቃት ያላቸው እና ልምድ ያላቸው ግለሰብ አማካሪዎችን ወይም የምክክር ኩባንያዎችን ይጋብዛል። አጠቃላይ ዓላማው ከ2000 እስከ 2024-25 የEDHS ግኝቶችን በመጠቀም የእናቶች ህመም እና ሞት፣ የቤተሰብ ምጣኔ፣ የጎልማሶች እና ወጣቶች ጤና፣ እና ከጤና ጋር የተያያዘ ጾታዊ ጥቃት አዝማሚያዎችን እና መወሰኛዎችን ጥልቅ ትንታኔ ማካሄድ ነው። በተለይም የዘመናዊ የእርግዝና መከላከያ አጠቃቀም መቀዛቀዝ፣ ቀጣይነት ያለው የክልል አለመመጣጠን እና የእናቶች ጤና ልዩነቶች መንስኤዎችን መረዳት ላይ ትኩረት ይደረጋል። ትንታኔው ከጤና ሴክተር ልማት እና ኢንቨስትመንት ዕቅድ (HSDIP II) እና ከሌሎች ተዛማጅ ብሔራዊ ስትራቴጂዎች፣ ፖሊሲዎች እና ማዕቀፎች ጋር ቀጥተኛ ተግባራዊ ሊሆኑ የሚችሉ ምክሮችን ማዘጋጀት ይጠበቅበታል። ፍላጎት ያላቸው አማካሪዎች ወይም ኩባንያዎች የሚከተሉትን ማሳየት አለባቸው፡ በሕዝብ ጤና፣ ዲሞግራፊ፣ ሥነ ተዋልዶ ጤና፣ ስታቲስቲክስ፣ ኤፒዲሚዮሎጂ ወይም ተዛማጅ መስክ የላቀ የአካዳሚክ ብቃት (ማስተርስ ወይም ፒኤችዲ)፤ በሕዝብ ምርምር፣ EDHS/DHS ወይም ሌሎች መጠነ ሰፊ የሕዝብ ጥናቶችን በመተንተን ቢያንስ 10 ዓመት የተረጋገጠ ልምድ፤ በቁጥር መረጃ ትንተና እና አተረጓጎም ጠንካራ ክህሎት፤ በSRH፣ በቤተሰብ ምጣኔ፣ በእናቶች ጤና፣ በጎረምሶች እና ወጣቶች ጤና፣ FGM፣ ጾታዊ ጥቃት ወይም ተዛማጅ መስኮች የተረጋገጠ ልምድ፤ የኢትዮጵያ የጤና ሴክተር ፖሊሲዎች፣ ስትራቴጂዎች እና ፕሮግራሞች እውቀት፤ ጠንካራ የሪፖርት አጻጻፍ እና የመረጃ ምስላዊ ክህሎት፤ እና ከመንግስት ጋር አብሮ የመስራት ልምድ።
The Consortium of Reproductive Health Associations (CORHA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and UNFPA, invites qualified, competent, and experienced individual consultants or consulting firms to submit proposals for an in-depth analysis of the findings of the Ethiopia Demographic and Health Survey (EDHS). The overall objective is to conduct an in-depth analysis of trends and determinants of maternal morbidity and mortality, family planning, AYH, and health-related GBV-HP using all rounds of EDHS findings from 2000 to 2024-25. Particular emphasis will be placed on understanding the drivers behind the stagnation in modern contraceptive prevalence, persistent regional inequities, and maternal health disparities. Furthermore, the analysis is expected to produce practical, actionable recommendations directly relevant to Health Sector Development and Investment Plan (HSDIP II) and other relevant national strategies, policies, and strategic frameworks. Interested consultants or consulting firms should demonstrate: Advanced academic qualification (Master’s or PhD) in public health, demography, reproductive health, Statistics, epidemiology, or a related field; At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in population research, analyzing EDHS/DHS or other large-scale population-based survey datasets; Strong expertise in quantitative data analysis and interpretation; Proven experience in SRH, family planning, maternal health, adolescent and youth health, FGM, GBV, or related areas; Demonstrated knowledge of Ethiopia’s health sector policies, strategies, and programs; Strong report-writing and data visualization skills; and Previous experience working with government.
