የአየር ንብረት ለውጥ ኢትዮጵያ ኮንሰርቲየም (CCC-E) ብቁና ልምድ ያላቸው ኩባንያዎች የዲጂታል ደን መረጃ ማዕከል (DFIH) ድረ-ገጽን ለማሻሻልና ከአሁኑ ድሩፓል ቴክኖሎጂ ወደ ዘመናዊ መድረክ ለማዛወር ቴክኒካዊና ፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶች እንዲያቀርቡ ይጋብዛል።
የአየር ንብረት ለውጥ ኢትዮጵያ ኮንሰርቲየም (CCC-E) በ2014 ዓ.ም የተቋቋመ፣ ኢ-ፖለቲካዊና ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ የአገር ውስጥ መንግሥታዊ ያልሆነ ድርጅት ሲሆን፣ በኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል ማኅበራት ባለሥልጣን (ACSOs) በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1113/2019 መሠረት በምዝገባ ቁጥር 3355 ተመዝግቧል። CCC-E ብቁና ልምድ ያላቸው ኩባንያዎች የዲጂታል ደን መረጃ ማዕከል (DFIH) ድረ-ገጽን ለማሻሻልና የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ለማካሄድ ቴክኒካዊና ፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶች እንዲያቀርቡ ይጋብዛል። ሥራው አዲስ ድረ-ገጽ ከመፍጠር ይልቅ ያለውን የDFIH ድረ-ገጽ ማሻሻልና ማሳደግ፣ ከአሁኑ ድሩፓል ላይ የተመሠረተ ቴክኖሎጂ ወደ ዘመናዊ፣ ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀና ሊጠገን የሚችል መድረክ ማዛወር፣ ያለውን ይዘት፣ አወቃቀር፣ የእይታ ማንነትና የተጠቃሚ ተሞክሮ ጠብቆ ማቆየትን ያካትታል። ዝርዝር የሥራ ወሰን፣ ቴክኒካዊ መስፈርቶችና የሚሰጡ ውጤቶች ለተመረጡ ኩባንያዎች ይሰጣሉ። ፍላጎት ያላቸው ኩባንያዎች የኩባንያ መገለጫ፣ ቴክኒካዊና ፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶች፣ የታቀደ የቴክኖሎጂ/የሽግግር አቀራረብ፣ የሥራ እቅድ፣ የቁልፍ ሠራተኞች CV እና ተመሳሳይ ሥራዎችን የሚያረጋግጡ ማስረጃዎች/ማጣቀሻዎች ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የመጨረሻ ቀን፡ ከዚህ ማስታወቂያ ቀን በ5 ቀናት ውስጥ። ማቅረቢያ፡ የCCC-E ቢሮ (ከካዛንቺስ ቡና ወደ እንደራሴ በሚወስደው መንገድ ላይ በሚገኝ ሕንፃ)።
Consortium for Climate Change Ethiopia (CCC-E) is an independent, non-political and not-for-profit local non-governmental organization established in 2014 and duly registered in Ethiopia by the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSOs) under Proclamation No. 1113/2019, bearing registration number 3355. CCC-E invites qualified and experienced firms/companies to submit technical and financial proposals to update and carry out technology migration of the Digital Forestry Information Hub (DFIH) website. The assignment aims to update and enhance the existing DFIH website, not create a new website, including migration from its current Drupal-based technology to a modern, secure and maintainable platform, while maintaining the existing content, structure, visual identity and user experience. Detailed scope of work, technical requirements and deliverables will be provided to shortlisted firms. Interested firms should submit: company profile, technical and financial proposals, proposed technology/migration approach, work plan, CVs of key personnel, and evidence/references of similar assignments.
