Commercial Nominees PLC wishes to produce employee ID badges with holders through competitive bidding. It seeks to select, through an open national tender, organizations capable of producing employee ID badges with holders. Bidders are invited to submit technical documents — renewed business license, a letter confirming eligibility to participate in the bid, evidence of registration in the suppliers list, VAT, registration certificate, and similar — in a separate sealed envelope, and the financial document in a second separate sealed envelope. The bid document can be obtained from the Purchasing Department, 5th floor of the company's head office building, located behind Denbel Market Center on Bole Road, upon payment of ETB 100.00, Monday to Friday (2:00–6:00 in the morning and 7:00–11:00 in the afternoon) and Saturday morning half-day. A bid bond of ETB 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand birr) in the form of a bank-certified CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee must be submitted together with the bid document. Bidders may submit their bid documents in the bid box prepared at the above address during working hours until Meskerem 21, 2019 E.C. at 4:00 in the morning. The bid will be opened on the same day at 4:30 in the morning in the company's meeting hall in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. A bidder who fails to meet the above requirements will be excluded from the competition without further notice. The company reserves the right to cancel the bid partially or entirely.
